Power: NECROMANCY: His spirit has a strong manifestation and he's known to be able to take the life force of others with just a touch. On top of being an assassin, his skills are highly sought after by the Black Mambas who killed his and Garrett's parents.
THE SIGHT: This ability allows him to transfer his mind into that of close animal and see through their eyes and control their thoughts. He can't force a dog to turn left but he can attempt to persuade them to do such things. Depending on the animal, depends on his level of creativity.
Power Limits: NECROMANCY: When he goes into this "mode", he becomes almost in-human in the sense that he detaches himself from the world and he's able to take the lives of anyone. There are rumors that only his brother Garrett can bring him back. In a nutshell, each time he takes a life, he looses a little bit more of himself, of his humanity, and of who he is. Without Garrett, he'd probably lose his sanity.
THE SIGHT: He can't hold this magic very long but it comes in handy if he needs to see something without being seen or if he needs to deliver or accept something. He can't control actions in an animal body like which direction to turn or to fight someone off. He can only persuade them in their mind and if the animal comes under any stress or weakness, he's immediately returned to his own body. While in the mind of an animal, his body is entirely vulnerable to attack. He can't protect himself or know his surroundings, unless the animal he's controlling can see his body. His body remains in a coma like sleep until he returns. If his body is killed while in the mind of an animal, he's stuck there forever. If the animal he's in his killed, he's returned to his body.

History
[attr="class","appcontent2"]The brother Garrett thought he had was all a lie. On the outside, it had always been the simple sibling rivalry but deep down, there was more to it than that. Born as the first son, things started out okay. He was loved like any other child and well cared for. However, as soon as Garrett was born, things changed. They turned their attentions away from him and put him through vigorous, even painful, training. Often times, he was starved and beaten, just to "improve his skills". Brock's hatred for his brother was real and valid, far outside the the realm of just sibling rivalry. It only pissed off Brock when Garrett himself showed a mild hatred in response. The brother's were able to tolerate each other but neither felt the traditional bonding of siblings. When Brock turned twelve, his magic began to appear in gruesome forms. Like any young Magi, his magic started in the form of the elements. Often time, when he was alone, things would... die. If a bird flew past, it would fall from the sky, dead before it hit the ground or a rabbit walking past would twitch and fall over dead. At first, it terrified Brock. No matter where he went, things fell over dead. The stronger his parents pushed him, the stronger his magic manifested. He soon learned it was the element of spirit that was acting wildly and not soon after finding out about Spirit, did things begin to burst into flame. No longer able to feel a connection to his parents other than his trainers, Brock began to push himself, going outside their method's of training. He believed the harder he trained, the quicker he would be able to control the havoc that was his magic. As the years went by and his sense of family fell away to replaced by duty and self-sacrifice, the brotherly affection he was supposed to feel for Garrett began to bloom. He attempted to help his brother in his failings, keeping his dark history a secret from the favorite son. But, as expected, Garrett pushed him away. But Brock didn't give up. He didn't flaunt his superiority over his brother nor did he open his arms to him. Often times, Brock found himself sneering at his brother, teasing him in his failings as his father had once done but instead of how Brock had responded, with anger and drive, Garrett pushed him away, not wanting his interference and continued on.
When Brock was sixteen, his true power became known. From above him, he watched a bird jumped from branch to branch and was suddenly able to see through the eyes of the bird. The sensation was so abrupt and terrifying, it was only a matter of seconds before he was returned to his own body. But immediately, Brock was excited. He tried again and this time, he was able to fly around with the bird for about a minute before he was returned to his body. With a good handle on his Spirit element, Brock focused all his attention on his new ability. However, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't control the animal he entered nor could he stay very long. He could, though, murmur suggestions to the animals' mind he was inhabiting and depending on the stubbornness of the animal, depended on whether they did it or not. Simple animals such as rabbits and birds or human bred animals like dogs or horses would listen to him but more wild animals like deer, bear or even cats, refused to obey him.
When Brock turned seventeen, Garrett finally came to him asking for training. Brock didn't refuse. He'd been seeking a way to get his brother to accept him and wasn't about to pass up this chance. Before they got to training, however, Garrett climbed a tree and Brock quickly realized what was going to happen. It was the smell in the air that caught his attention first, the scent of magic and sure enough, when the branch snapped and he saw Garrett falling, his brother's magic manifested, bringing his brother to safety. Things changed between them after that. They finally had something in common. Their bonding bloomed and with someone who didn't look down at him for his spirit abilities, Brock found himself opening up. However, he kept their parent's dark secret to himself. He didn't want Garrett to know how they had treated him, marking off Garrett's questions about his array of scars as training scars, which, wasn't a lie. It was the type of training he kept secret.
During one practice session, the brother's returned home to find their home had been destroyed and their father barely alive. A deeper part of him, was happy to see his parents had received their just reward but the other part of him couldn't stand the horror on his brother's face and played the best act in his life. He helped Garrett drag their father to a nearby cave where he explained what Brock already knew. His whole life had been about becoming a pawn for the White Fangs, a force they could use against the Black Mambas. For once, the brother's saw opposite directions. Brock saw freedom from his parents, freedom from the White Fangs but Garrett just wanted revenge and a chance to better himself. Continuing to keep his true self a secret from his brother and to protect him, he was forced to follow Garrett into the very place he had hoped to never see. He downplayed his training as the White Fangs trained them, feigning ignorance to anything his brother was involved in but when he was alone, his skills excelled even above those already in the guild. When they offered him the master assassin title, he explained to them his true feelings for their order and how he was only there to protect his brother, not be used.
But before action could be taken against them, a traitor among the group exposed the guild's location and the White Fang's were destroyed in a single night. The traitor had told the Black Mambas about Brock's particular skills and they had set their sights on him. Using the chaos and confusion of the raid, Brock split away from his brother in the hopes to keep the Black Mambas off of Garrett's trail so his brother could stay safe. He's currently residing the North America and taking side jobs as an assassin. He doesn't live any specific place, keeping to drifting to keep the Black Mambas off his tail.
