Concealed by the Staten Island Zoo the Council procures various shifter familiars to keep watch disguised as the animals on the premise. The only public entrance to any Magi seeking the Council is through the staff entrance in the darkened bat cave. Higher up officials and official members can use various methods of entering but must use precaution when entering magically as the Sanctuary itself is sealed with powerful magic. Records of magical events, scriptures, deadly artifacts as well as recipes and spells are kept within the Council's depository deep underground, and is not only the meeting place of all Magi affairs but is the living quarters of Council members.
