Power: Dragon Powers + Water Mastery
Power Description: Macht can, on top of the basic abilities gifted to him for his race, control the water in the environment. Smaller sources are easiest to manipulate, and while larger bodies of water can be manipulated, they require a great deal of concentration and can severely drain his stamina. Temperature adjustment is possible, though only slightly: Macht cannot make water boil or freeze, unless influenced by an outside source.
Power Limits: Water cannot be created, meaning it must always be pulled from a source.

Personality
[attr="class","appcontent2"]Key Traits: Respectful, despite being a bit of an asshole. Loyal, if loyalty is earned.
Macht is certainly not a complicated person. To him, respect is everything, and it has to be earned. In his eyes, you have to be respected (or feared) to make it anywhere in life, so he does all he can to get ahead. He talks shit to make it seem like he's tough, and he picks fights to show he's not afraid of anyone, but he'll never disrespect a person if they don't deserve it. He's just not like that.
To the German, forced kindness to anyone is an insult. Being kind for the sake of being kind is a childish way to live, because in the real world, you get walked on for being too nice. Not only that, it's a sign of weakness, and weakness doesn't earn respect. Being fake doesn't earn respect. On the flip side, being a dick just to be a dick is also not okay in the kid's book. Hurting people for no reason, acting like you're better than anyone else, trying to make people fear you, that's worse than having them walk on you. Because, to him, while you may have power for a short while, someone's bound to stab you in the back. Likely Macht.
Macht finds a happy medium between kind and dick, being harsh to those he doesn't know and kind to those he respects. Why? They earned it. That's how it works.
One thing Macht will always strive for is to come out on top of whatever jungle he's in. Having been walked on all his life, he's determined to make a change, and he'll do whatever it takes to make it.

History
[attr="class","appcontent2"]Macht was born almost four-hundred years ago to a pair of Dragon parents. He was the youngest of the pack, falling fifty years behind his sister, and over a hundred behind his older brother. He was always a bit of a rebellious, adventurous child, but he never lacked respect for his family. As he matured and was made to swear fealty to the scarlet council, he fought it, finding independence was what made a person complete. He was eventually "persuaded" into reconsidering, and for a long time, he served the council. He was the only one in his family to detest it, however.
Somewhere in the middle of his second century, Macht became fed up with serving, and this was only furthered by his connection to the Queen. Almost three centuries of goading, persuading, and festering anger, all led the boy to a decision that would change his world forever: rebellion. Slipping into a sort of madness fueled by the Dragon Queen, Macht became a Deacon, breaking the death switch and pursuing a life of independence and freedom. His actions marked him as an enemy, and he had many come for his life as a result. Unfortunately, his family was caught in the crossfire.
Macht's family assisted him, despite disagreeing with his decision, and this led to their deaths. None of the others were able to break free from the death switch, and thus fell prey to it. He watched his mother, father, and sister die, and fled before he could see his own wife and brother die as a result of his actions as well. Of course, it isn't often one watches their entire bloodline crumble over something they could have prevented. Needless to say, it changed him.
Since he turned rogue, Macht has been living as a nomad, wandering for years and years, never staying in one place too long. Countless times, he's gone through identity changes, taking up the names of artists or fictional characters and bailing when caught in a lie. He lives in fear, constantly, of being hunted down and slain, but he remains in even greater fear of developing attachments and failing others. Because of this, the man has avoided human contact as often as possible, preferring to keep everyone at an arm's length and then some. This way of life has been killing him, however, and he seeks to settle down somewhere and get back to living a normal life.
