He knew that she was more attached to that piece of clothing more than anything, but it was fine she looked beautiful in them and he couldn't deny it. He looked at her as she spoke about his boat. He smiled at her. "Yes, yes I do you see after I had got my revenge I kind of dropped off." He said remembering those times wandering around performing odd work here and there just so he wouldn't have to think about the things he'd done. "I found myself on the coast working the harbor and soon I was brought onboard a ship it was the best week of my life. I worked on a few more ships after that and then I bought my own. I sailed around the ocean seemed to make me forget about all the things ion my life. I spent a good year on the sea before I made landfall on the US. I had to put the ol' girl in storage ever since." He smiled at the memory of his ship. "I'll take you to meet her soon." He said as they made their way to the kitchen. "Whatever you say darling." he said smiling at her as she got dinner ready.

Happily Expecting Now @chiynosake words: idc | Call Myra a little old fashioned maybe but it was the time period she had been born in women wore the tradtional kimonos every day as did the men. Her parents had worn them for as long as she could remember and they taught her much about the tradtional things of her culture and even now she stuck to them rather stubbornly. She was branching out a little more now thanks to Romulus and his own stubborn nature she really did enjoy pizza and italian food a lot now and tried to get him to enjoy japanese food more but sushi was a lost cause with him as was wasabi ice cream. She'd simply nod at that he'd told her her about how he kind of wandered around doing odd jobs before but he never really mentioned owning his own ship. She couldn't say whether she'd get seasick or not she'd never been on a boat bigger than a fishing one small enough for two to be onboard it.
"I am glad it could bring you some peace my wolf. I can understand feeling so lost when my parents died I felt so alone and hopeless. Then I met you and you gave me hope again a purpose for living again," Myra replied smiling sadly now as she hugged him around his waist now. She'd thought he was a little cocky and smug at first a little full of himself but somehow he wormed his way into her heart and soul and now she was happily expecting a baby with him she couldn't be happier than she was right now. She'd smile nodding as they headed into the kitchen now and she got to work making their dinner now. "I was thinking if it's a girl we'll name her after your mother and a son after your father," Myra spoke again smiling big back at him now knowing how much he would love that. She really wanted to honor his parents and make him feel happier like a part of his parents were still with him through their child's namesake now. multiply life by the power of two |
