The Demi-God and Gabriel

Long ago before man there existed a realm with many Gods and Goddesses within. One day the Goddess Mayaria decided to leave to her own realm the Divine Realm. She longed to create her own life and soon the Demi-Gods were born and given powerful magik. Displeased with how they turned out she decided to create them again this time without magik and more in her image thus the Angels were born. Gabriel was one of the first few created and closest to their mother Mayaria. It was easy to see then that Gabirel had a more charitable nature about him always giving to his fellow Angel and never asking for anything in return earning him the nickname the Will of Mayaria. Soon though chaos erupted as the Demi-Gods who had grown quite jealous of the Angels began corrupting Angels left and right filling their heads with lies and sins. Gabriel managed to resist the lies and temptation at first but then one day he was approached by a Demi-God once more. She begged him for his help pleaded with him to help her and protect her but it was all a ruse to escape being sealed away with the other Demi-Gods and giving into his charitable nature and sealing the deal with a kiss he took the Demi-God into himself but soon found himself fighting for control of his body and when he finally managed to succeed suddenly he blacked out for sometime soon after. When he awoke he found himself face-down on the ground and didn't take him long to discover he and his fellow Angels including those corrupted were cast out of the Divine Realm and sent to a place later called Earth. He was soon found by other Angels and lead to a place called Limbo for the pure Angels and there he was given a Divine Weapon before the Goddess Mayaria left to her own realm once more never to return again and there in Limbo the Silver Cross was born as a means to purify their corrupted brothers and protect what little Paradise was left for them on Earth the Garden of Eden.

The Sins and Virtues

Gabriel had never really felt Uriel was the one who should be tasked with protecting the Garden of Eden and Adam. He had nothing against the Angel but he was well gullible and easily manipulated like one of the Angels first born and easily corrupted. Still the Silver Cross insisted on it and gave him little choice in the matter. It wasn't long before this decision came to be one of regret when it was found out that Uriel allowed Lilith a corrupted Angel into the Garden with the human Adam. Furious he moved to have him replaced with Jophiel who he felt was more capable and less able to be corrupted as Uriel was. They begun to debate this but by the time they decided to act and approve of Jophiel it was too late Lilith was allowed back in after being cast out by Adam and she thus was able to tempt Eve to eat the forbidden fruit. It was his decision to have Jophiel seriosuly punish Uriel for his screw-up and allowing his precious humans to be corrupted with sin. It wasn't long after Gabriel, Jophiel, and several other Angels came to inform the council of the Silver Cross that they were possessed by Demi-Gods. It was then they were chosen to become Archangels and Lords of a certain virtue with Gabriel's being Charity. It wasn't long after that they came to realize several corrupted Angels were possessed as well and came to be called the Demon Lords of Sin each named after a particular one they seemed to favor like Mammon and his greed. It was around then that the war soon began to brew as the Demon Lords sought to corrupt and tarnish humanity while the Archangels sought to clean up after them and purify the humans giving them more virtues again which became a never ending battle it seemed and one that couldn't be won.

Hercules and the Flood

Not many know it but Gabriel was the one who had found out about the flood Lilith had planned to conjure up to wipe out humanity with. It'd been a regular demon tracking mission like always but upon capturing the demon and prepared to strip him of his magik he decided to spill the beans on Lilith's little lesson for her children. It was then he went down to Earth and sought out this one called Noah telling him to save two of each animal for the ark he was to build so that they might survive at least with his family while the rest were washed away by the great flood and motivated him to do with charity thinking it was for this God he believed in which later earned him the nickname the Right Hand of God. Most of Humanity was sadly washed away but some did survive and things started over again thanks to his intervention. Another influence Gabriel had that not many knew about was on the Greeks which unintentionally came to have him revered as Hercules the son of the lightning God Zeus and ironically a Demi-God. He had gone there originally to deal with some Demon Shapeshifters and at the time had taken Uriel who later came to be considered the Ares the God of War because of his fierceness in battle against some lesser demons. His defeat of the twelve demon shapeshifters influenced the Greeks as well and became known as the Twelve Labors of Hercules.

Rose Titania and Twins

Up until now Gabriel had had manu influences and marks on history but his most noticable of his own personal history was the birth of his son Castiel. For a few years he had stepped back from Earth and his demon hunting duties to spend time training the newest generation of Angels born. It was there he met Rose Titania a young and spunky little angel woman with big dreams and ambitions for helping humanity and protecting them seeming to share his charity as much as he did. The two became close rather quickly over a year's time and soon Rose was pregnant with his son. The two became happily married and after some time surprisingly finally not only welcomed his son Castiel into their little family but a twin sister Mirebelle as well. Gabriel loved his wife and children deeply and wasn't afraid to show them off for all to see. He would go down to Earth often with his wife and children to spend little family vacations there things couldn't get any better and sadly they wouldn't. Eventually the two had to get back to work and after sparing a demon he decided to get revenge against Gabriel and lured his wife into a trap with a false apology and gift to give her for Gabriel. She soon found herself cursed with Magik after killing her fellow angel who had been captured and corrupted herself already. She tried to return to Gabriel but was unable to do so when her divine weapon lost it's power. When he heard of this he rushed to save his wife and cure her of her corruption but that was when the Demon struck and killed her unleashing Gabriel's wrath in the process leading him to kill the Demon without mercy. Losing his wife he felt he couldn't face his son and daughter having failed them and adopted them out to another Angel couple's family before closing himself off to love fearing facing losing another love like Rose's again and the madness it brought upon him.

The Accords

Gabriel had little time to worry about his love life or how his son was after that. Things became to worsen greatly between the Archangels and their war with the Demon Lords things were getting too violent and out of hands. Too many innocent humans were getting caught in their fire too many for his tastes. Having had enough Gabriel and his fellow virtues decided to confront the Demon Lords each on their own and with the sin that was their opposite leading him to seek out and meet with Mammon the Demon Lord of Greed. Thankfully Mammon was the most docile of the group all he really cared about was his wealth and money he didn't really threaten or hurt humans too much as some like Lucifer and Sathanus did. Approaching Mammon he brought up their Demi-Gods and how all of this fed them and empowered them threatening to awaken and take over their bodies soon. Fearing losing everything Mammon decided to play nice and behave and agreed to help convince the other Demon Lords to do the same as he did as the Archangels agreed to do the same. It was soon after oddly enough that Micheal disappeared without a trace and no one seemed to have a clue where he had gone really and hasn't given up searching his his brother and fellow Archangel since.

Recent Years

After the Accords Gabriel began to slowly open up again to the other Angels and Archangels. After hearing of Mirebelle's death he got back in touch with Castiel finally and decided to be move invovled in Mirebelle's daughter and his granddaughter Ryssa's life ninety-five years ago. He settled down in a more permanent residence on Earth in Madrid, Spain. Seeing an epidemic though as humans seemed to get fatter and lose faith in themselves because of it. It was then he decided to open up the Good Samaritan Gym chain which quickly grew and expanded in no time all over the country of United States and soon Europe and the rest of the world followed suit. Most money Gabriel earned through this he donated to variosu charities he founded like the Red Cross, the Salvation Army, and Children's Hospitals where they worked to developed and cure diseases like Cancer and Aids.  Not long after the Accords one day he met Sophia Harlow who was from a younger generation of Angels. She found herself in a tight spot with some Demons. After playing the Hero and saving her she asked him to mentor her and train her to become stronger and more capable of protecting herself in the future. He found himself quickly smitten with her she reminded him a lot of Rose really but remembering losing her and giving up his children made him hesitant about taking a chance with her and well he feared she would reject him as well knowing his history there with losing his wife. He was a bit surprised and taken back when she admitted to be crushing hard on him even if he was an older guy and really seemed to want to be with regardless of his past. This encouraged him enough to give her a chance with him and eventually after moving in with him the two became wedded making his more fearful of losing her too and makes him rather protective of her and being secretive about the two being together since they first got together which has seemed to make things a little estranged between the two but they remain strongly and happily together since Sophia doesn't seem too keen on giving up on him just yet.
