Mammon couldn't remember the last time he had really seen Beezlebub or well Elizabeth as she called herself nowadays like he did himself Tony Christian. Ironic since his last name chosen were people who hated and loathed Demons really not that he cared really. If anything it amused him really and he was easily amused most of the time really. Most of the Demon Lords usually kept to themselves throughout history before as they travelled about and marked their own Sin and influence on the world but usually wherever Envy was Greed soon followed and they weren't wrong. He usually didn't care much for the other Demon Lords Lucifer was an asshat, Sathanus was just weird and well tempermental he was not one who wanted to piss off, and Asmodeus well was busy spreading his lust and having a good time with women. He'd always held a soft spot for Elizabeth though he just felt like they had a lot more in common and understood each other like few ever could really. That was why frankly he got jealous and a little hurt when Liz got married even if it was to take everything her husband like his money killing him afterwards. He just supposed she just didn't feel the same about him as he did her and so he kept him unrequinted love to himself and still visited her when he had the time to just enjoy her company and some wine with her along with some stories. Lately though after the Accords she seemed more distant and closed off to herself and didn't contact the others or him as much like before like she was hiding something from them. He could only imagine what that might be really but it wasn't his place to pry really and he could respect that and her privacy as well unlike some people Lucifer just didn't have any manners or decency he did what he wanted when he wanted whether Liz wanted to see him or not. Still here he was in New Orleans again thinking about visiting her and seeing her again as he sat inside this bar now enjoying some fine whiskey as he watched a little sports on the TV now. Of course he had his bets on all of the games and doubted he would lose any since he usually bet on both teams playing using his identity and a fake one to do so so he would never lose then. He'd grin at the thought he was sure Lucifer would place his bets too and he would lose he sucked at gambling even if he claimed to be the best at it no one was better at greed and what it entailed than he did. One of these days he'd show Lucifer and then he'd have the last laugh for sure.

Elizabeth had noticed something a tad strange in New Orleans, though everyone was usually always envious today greediness had been added to the mix and more so than usual. That could mean only one thing, Mammon was in town. Apparently Liz couldn’t catch a break; all of Demon Lords were suddenly springing up in her town. At least she liked Asmodeus and Mammon but she dreaded to see if any of the others would show up because they were all bound to drive her insane. She was sure that her distancing herself from the rest of them hadn’t gone unnoticed, so it was only a matter of time before someone showed up on her doorstep wondering where she had been. She supposed she should be grateful it was Mammon‒and not Lucifer or Sathanus‒ she was kind of intrigued by him at the very least. She just had to find him though, show him she was alive and well and then maybe she could go back to keeping her life a secret. Or maybe she’d say fuck it, go against her son’s wishes, and rejoin the Sin causing world. It was tempting with Lust and now Greed in her city. He was particularly easy to find, she followed the source of the greed to the point that it was at its highest and went from there, locating him pretty quickly from there. She walked into the bar and sat down beside him quickly, ordering a glass of red wine before she looked at him, “It’s been a long time, Mammon. How have you been these past hundred years or so?” she asked him. Her drink was delivered quickly, as was the case in most places in the city, and she drank it. She took a sip, using the time it took her to do so and swallow to decide how she was going to approach this. If he asked her about her disappearance she wasn’t quite sure if she was willing to fess up why it had happened. She supposed she would find out why he was here before she delved into that. “To what do I owe the pleasure of having you in my city?” she asked with an eyebrow raised in his direction.

Mammon was hardly stupid not that anyone thought he was he didn't think Elizabeth would not notice he was around and soon enough she would seek out wanting to know why he was here where she lived. He just didn't like to make a scene like Lucifer or Sathanus might usually do though the later he could tolerate more than he could the former. Lucifer was all about Pride and he held true to it like a moth to flame. That tended to rub most the wrong way though moreso towards Liz he really didn't know when to shut up and always said the wrong things to her like he had no filter in his brain or something. He didn't doubt the other demon lords hadn't noticed she kind of went off the grid as well after the Accords but most liked to keep to their own business aside from Lucifer though he wasn't really here to butt into her personal business he just missed her and wanted to see her again after so long to make sure she was well and alright still. She clearly lived in the Garden District around New Orleans the Envy seemed the strongest there most of all as the Greed was around the bar he was in. It wasn't long before bets were being made for the most absurd reasons so people could cheat each other out of their money for themselves. He'd smile at the thought as he sipped a little at his beer which was nice and cold still. Soon enough he sensed her prescence draw near it seemed she had found him out first before he could really decide on how best to approach her without annoying her or well letting on how he truely felt about her and making things well awkward between the two. "Too Long Liz dear and your looking as sweet as ever," he replied as he tilted his head to look at her with a smile on his face now. "Been set up in Las Vegas mostly enjoying the wealthy life. It used to be paradise until Mr. Pride showed up and began hassling me and stealing business from me." Mammon replied a light sigh escaping him now as he downed a bit more of his beer now. He really didn't know what to do when Lucifer killed anyone who got in his way and that included his bodyguards who were simply doing their jobs and made the simple mistake of telling him to wait while they fetched Mammon to see him. "Well I needed a vacation from you know who and decided I'd come see you since I didn't have a chance to do so last time. I was thinking of buying a business here to get into the whole Mardi Gras thing. I promise I wont be in your hair for too long I know you have your own business to attend to as well," Mammon replied and finishing his drink off now signaled for another one now. He doubted unless he pissed her off she wouldn't really kick him out of New Orleans but he wouldn't stay long and outlast his welcome in her city.

Elizabeth nodded and sipped her drink, "I understand needing to be free of Luc. He can be a pain. You are welcome in my city, just don't stir up too much trouble whenever you're here please. I don't appreciate that. At least Asmo seems to have contained himself to Greek Row for entertainment." She shook her head and sipped more of her wine.
In reality, she liked most of the other Demons and she had a slight fondness of Mammon. He had always been the most tame of the lot after all and she liked that now that she was out of the game herself. Though not a single person needed to know she was out of the game, that's why she lived in New Orleans during the midst of a jealousy fused war that she didn't even influence–their kind just thought she had something to do with it. In reality, envy was one of the easiest sins to fall under and needed very little to create.
Greed on the other hand needed more, a cause to be greedy over and while Mammon was docile in nature his sin was not. "I think the Mardi Grad business would be good for you to get into and I won't put up a fight with you there but only under three conditions. One, you don't let your sin wreak havoc all over my city. Two, you don't tell any of the other sins you are starting up a business here. And three, you don't tell them I am here. I have spent way too long avoiding demons and the other sins and now I am used to it... With a few exceptions." She smiled at him softly, he had just been added to the list of exceptions. Then she finished her wine and set the glass down before pulling out a hundred dollar bill from the depths of her cleavage to set beside the glass to cover both of their tabs. "Now let's get out of here darling. I have a wine cellar full of liquor and wine far superior to what you can get here." She said as she stood up.

Being a pain was putting it mildly but by now most learned to accept Lucifer as he was and would always be and learned in their own unique way to deal with him or avoid him. In the end though he supposed if someone went after the Demon Lord of Pride the rest including himself would back him up if only to save his life and keep his strength around protection. "I wouldn't dream of it Liz I will behave myself and well he was always the more reasonable and respectable one next to myself," Mammon replied and smile softly at that rubbing the back of his neck a little now. He could see why she and Asmodeus must like it around here it was nice and cozy and not too eventful aside from the few other demons running around here causing their own little strifes with other supernaturals. It was probably obvious to her he had a soft spot for her and if not well he didn't want her to feel awkward around him and not enjoy his company and well he knew not to pressure her into things she wasn't ready for or comfortable with he could respect her wishes and desires when he was around in her company for now he really just wanted to see her again in general and was relieved and glad to see she was doing alright still here in New Orleans. Quite the fued was going on around here it seemed but doubted Liz had anything to do with it really some demons just felt entitled to whatever they wanted and that seemed to be this city. Greed was plentiful nowadays so it didn't need much of his influence any right now really so he felt like just relaxing really and enjoying life a little for a change but that didn't mean he stopped being greedy himself that was something that would never change really. Looking at her and her conditions he nodded sipping a little at his new beer now. "Fair enough my dear. I just want the business really the money from it all. I'd never sell you out." Mammon replied and smiled at that nodding his head a little now. He then looked to her as she produced some money from her top now and smiled sheepishly at that before nodding at her request now. "Doesn't surprise me much you always did enjoy your fine wines I'm sure you've had some brewing in that cellar for centuries waiting for it to age enough," Mammon simply replied as he stood now and decided to head out with her now once she was ready to leave.
