Extra Fact(s): Viktor allows her to kill, but only when he says she can - and she obeys.

-All three of Viktor's siblings are linked to him via a special tattoo that Viktor blessed them with. It allows them to draw energy from Viktor, at will, and bolster their powers, and also gives them virtual-immortality. This blessing ("Angelus' Blessing") allows them to master their secondary powers as if they were natural abilities, like their first.
