Founded by Andrei Belkov only a mere five years ago, the Messor is a group of trained hit men and bounty hunters for hire. Not just anyone is accepted into the order– members have to show promise and skill–but all species are welcome. For a lofty price they will find and/or kill almost anyone no matter the species or reason. They operate out of Red Velvet Kiss, a night club on the Las Vegas strip.
