Kohen Afridine
Age Unknown
Species Demon/Angel
Origin Up to user
Appearance age Early fifties onwards
Kohen had three children. Zack and Quinn are his surviving children. Teaching them how to wield weapons was an accomplishment for Kohen who believed all angels should be fighters. He was hotheaded at times but he was one of the best, if not the best fighter. For years, it was all fine until the death of his wife. He was the second Chair of the Silver Circle and very much respected for all the angels.
After her death, his outlook on life began to change. Whereas angels predominantly see black and white when it comes to demons/sin etc. he realised there was many grey parts. This affected his work to the point his daughter challenged him, believing that the position was not being performed. It was a challenge of strength, weapon training and cunning. It was a close match, her perfect skills rivaling his. Yet he still had experience. At the last point let her win. Quinn knows her father gave her the win but still does not know why. All she knows was that the challenge left him without his seat and him to leave the Circle until he got his act together. This drove Quinn and her brother Zack apart.
Now I want him to meet her again. I have many ideas that could have happened to him. My biggest one would be I would like him to have been corrupted by Magik and that was why he let Quinn win, knowing it was only a matter of time before his change. Still there are other possibilities that could be explored. Whatever has happened, it is going to be strange for them to meet. When he had given her the fight, he looked hurt and hoped one day she would not see the world so black and white; the way he used to. He will be determined to renter his children’s lives and it is going to shake up everything they know about angels and the rest of the species.

Zackery Afridine
Age Unknown
Species Angel
Origin Russia
Appearance age Late twenties/early thirties
Define weapon Up to user
Zackery is the younger brother and fellow angel to Quinn. He is more reserved, calm and collected emotionally. Their father previously held the Second Chair of the Silver Cross. Teaching his children all he knew (including their sister Angelina who was killed by a demon), he hoped to make them excellent angels.
Their father was tough but fair. He would always make sure they never progressed too quickly but at a steady speed to know what their strengths and weaknesses were. Though he was good with his father’s teachings in weaponry and other martial arts, Quinn really took to it like a duck in water. Where Quinn was greater in arms, he was greater in words. He always knew what to say in any situation and was more aware of his surroundings. In this regard, he took after their mother.
Quinn had challenged their father for the seat. Why? This is because he was failing in his task, neglecting looking after the angels after the death of their mother. How Zack felt about this is up to you. When Quinn won the challenge, the harmonious relationship they shared together was shattered.
It is up to you whether it was a jealousy matter or because he did not approve of her replacing their father like that (and thus neglecting that family comes first etc.) is up for a discussion. He was a member of the Silver Cross but if he leaves, is also up for discussion. As for the present: everyone believes that their father is dead. He is not and when he comes back into their lives, it is going to affect them forever.
