Cecelia Louise Sutton Werewolf - Spoiled brat - College Dropout - Dance Instructor - Single - Twenty-One
  This lovely lady is Cece Sutton, a twenty-one year old college dropout with a love of dance. She was adopted by a wealthy family when she was very young and has lived a blessed lifestyle ever since. Designer clothes, socialite friends, lavish parties. Everything a young girl never needed, but always wanted. Three months ago, Cece was in her senior year at NYU and getting ready to start her life. She was getting ready to reach for her dreams and try living on her own hard work. Three months ago, her life changed forever. Cece was bitten by an unknown (to her) werewolf. Of course, being the sheltered, naive child she was, she was perfectly content to believe that she had been attacked by a stray dog, but she quickly learned otherwise.
The past three months haven't been easy on Cece, she is terrified of what she is and what she is capable of. She dropped out of school, withdrew from many of her friends and family, and spends a great deal of time hiding out in the apartment her parents pay for. Cece has no control over herself and is very emotionally unstable when it comes to her "condition."
Friends
Cece grew up being a social butterfly so I would imagine her with a fair amount of friends that are very much like her. They are spoiled, probably fairly irritating and very judgmental. There would also be some college friends, but Cece would have withdrawn from them significantly after she was bitten. Now, Cece is going to have to make different friends, though most of the time, she is terrified of leaving her apartment. Overall, Cece can be a really sweet girl, when she realizes that no everyone is as privileged as she had been in her life. She tends to come off as spoiled and kind of judgmental every once and a while.
Enemies
I'm sure there are plenty of people that wouldn't take kindly to Cece. She very much is a self-loathing werewolf, she believes that she is extremely dangerous and she is terrified of what she is capable of. This means, that she thinks that other supernatural creatures are much worse than she is. Unfortunately, she still views herself as separate from them.
I would love to find the werewolf that turned her and have something occur between them!
Lovers
Cece is bi-sexual and really doesn't have a preference between males and females, she would have had her fair share of ex's in her lifetime. I don't have anything in mind, but I'm open to anything!

I would like to throw my sweet little Nat at her. She's the original jaguar and currently residing in New York too. She's extremely maternal and caring so of course her first instinct would be to take the girl under her wing. She loves to help others out and would certainly try with Cece. Nat is also the poster girl for control so having her help is always a good thing. Just an idea really.
If Nat isn't your cup of tea there is also my magi-shifter hybrid, @bethany. The girl is an orphan, but unlike Cece she was bounced around the system. Having had many different types of families, Beth has grown to hate what she is. She likes the idea of being human and wants nothing more to pretend she is. So they both have that self-loathing thing going on with them. Beth would empathize with her struggles. Where Nat can be a mentor of sorts, Beth would definitely understand her a little better.

Roxanna Jacobs & Cecelia L. SuttonNow, these two, I'm not sure how they would fair with each other but Roxy can relate. She was also attacked in the city while walking home and was unknowingly turned. But unlike most wolves she didn't have her first change under the full moon, but out of anger, which is much worse. She is currently on the run after killing her step-father in anger, but he was an abusive asshole who deserved it so don't expect her to show any guilt for her actions LOL. Still, Roxy has been a wolf for probably about a year now, maybe a month or two less, so it's still fresh to her as well but she has a better grip on her transformations than Cecelia might. Roxy is very stubborn, strong willed, and frankly a bit closed minded when it comes to other species. She believes wolves to be the superior race and will probably try to get her to believe it as well but she also is a girl who loves danger and wild parties. I saw you and Leto mention Cece joining Drake's pack, which Roxy is already a member of, so they would inevitably meet then when/if she joins the pack. Roxy will defiantly want to help her out with her control, whether they actually get along or not otherwise, is something we'll just have to wait to find out LOL.

Cece would definitely benefit from having someone looking out for her and helping her with her newfound wolfiness. Right now, Cece is very raw and very much in denial about what she is dealing with. She has absolutely no control and is being completely governed by fear at this point. I think at first, Cece would be very wary of Nat and probably fearful of her in a way since she's already struggling to get to know all about her being a werewolf and then to find out there there more species out there is probably going to mess with her a little bit.
Overall, she may be a little snippy and resistant at first, but I think she'd come around when she comes to terms with the fact that she needs help.
Cecelia L. Sutton and @bethany Oh! I think these two could actually get along really well! Cece's very much a spoiled brat, but being bitten and turning into a monster is a pretty humbling experience so she's starting to calm down in that respect. I definitely think they could have a great number of things in common and Cece would love to have someone that would sympathize with her situation. I could see her clinging to Beth in a way, really relying on her as someone who understands her plight, but also wants to go on living life the way she thinks should be lived.
Cecelia L. Sutton and Roxanna JacobsAlright, so Cece's first reaction is to be quite intimidated by her. Granted, at this point, anyone that's not fully human is going to scare the crap out of her in one way or another. Still, if Cece was to ever find out that Roxy had killed someone, she would definitely not be able to hide her fear of her. Currently, Cece is very afraid of hurting anyone especially because she doesn't have any control over herself right now. I can honestly see these two not really getting along so well and possibly butting heads if Cece ever grows a pair. I don't think she'll get over her hatred of werewolves and all things supernatural right now, so Roxy talking about how werewolves are superior and all that probably wouldn't bode well with Cece. There's a great deal of resent that she's harboring (and a desire to murder whoever it is that bit her in the first place); overall, she fully believes that she's been turned into a monster. Still, if/when she joins that pack, I can see her relying on Roxy for help controlling herself, even if it is just for the sake of survival. |

Cecelia L. Sutton & Natália RosarioIt's a good thing Nat is so patient then. She will definitely shake up Cece's views on weres. She's more like a little house cat than she is like a big cat. So, she's hard to anger but kinda easy to hurt. So I can see Cece getting a pouty Nat if she's too snippy but all-in-all I really think the two would be interesting to see interact. Cecelia L. Sutton & @bethany I love it. Beth needs a friend and I think they could get along quite well.
