biography
Audrey's life was never exactly normal. Being a werewolf can do that but that was just the tip of the iceberg. Her mother up and left, just a year after she was born, and that made her con-artist father turn to his previous life of crime. It wasn't so bad, He took care of her brother, Cailean, who was four years older than her, and she figured it wasn't her job to question it. Especially since the work he, and Cai when he got older, did put food on the table and kept a roof over their heads. Of course there were dark moments when her father would get angry and then she and her brother, mostly her brother, would be the ones eh was upset with. It really wasn't until she was older than she realized he was just angry and looking for someone to hurt rather than being actually mad at them though.
When she was thirteen, nearly fourteen, she had started blossoming into a pretty young woman and that was when she was introduced to the life of crime. Unfortunately for her it was nothing like the cons she knew her father and Cai pulled off. Her part was much much darker. It had started off innocently enough, she just needed to be cute and sweet and get sympathy and some money. She could do that. And after a few weeks she didn't even bat an eye when her father sent her out to a bit of a shady area, even when he said it was to pick up a payment for an already pulled off con. When she reached the meeting spot she was mobbed by a pair of guys who forced her down and each toyed and had their way with her. When they were done one of the med tucked a wad of cash in her shaking hands and told her to thank her dad. She didn't move until her brother showed up looking for her when their father started grumbling her went into a rage and killed him then took her and fled to Las Vegas.
There life was better. Not easier, but they didn't have to death with their father being like he was. They still lived a life of crime though, it was all they knew, so they did what they could to survive, at least until they could get proper jobs and live a more normal life. But roughly six years back she got word of her mother being alive and she excitedly went to Cai so they could go looking for her. But Cai hated the idea and Audrey slowly got more adamant about it until the pair snapped and a fight ensued. The end result was horrible nasty things being said on both sides and Audrey fleeing to find her mother on her own. So Audrey traveled around, looking for any work or clue about where her mother might have gone. Unfortunately six years of searching did nothing and she missed her brother so she's come back to Vegas looking for him, though she still holds hope she'll find her mother.
