The city of Tokyo, Japan never seems to be safe. 2015 see's the city having the Space Police and Dekaranger's looking after it, while in 3015, the Space Police train people to become Timerangers. The Timerangers are the future Dekarangers, coming back in time to help, to make sure the time line stays intact, that the future stays as it should.
