[attr="class","appcontent2"]Ambrosia's -now known as Kaia- early human life wasn't of beauty and strife, but of pain and deception. Her childhood is mostly unknown even to Ambrosia herself as the centuries have done poorly on her memories as a human. In truth Ambrosia was a Magi gifted with the power of sight. At the time psychics or any of the sort were revered as royalty among the Magi community and gods among human culture. Ambrosia's life was always meant to serve the coven and the city they resided in, never being allowed pleasures such as love and freedom, a price she had to pay in order to remain pure, and began the preparation for Seer as early as 5 years old.

As time went on Kaia's powers grew to extreme heights and before the age of 17 was more powerful than the city's Head Magi. Threatened by her power Kaia was regularly mentally and emotionally abused and kept in isolation in an attempt to keep her in line. Forever bound by servitude there was little hope for Kaia to experience anything other than pain and loneliness and by the age of 20 had gone mad from her seclusion, only being granted company when someone required her power of sight. When the city was raided by the new Christian religion now taking a hold of Pagan Europe Kaia saw it as her chance to escape. By now Kaia was a frail woman with nothing left but the clothes on her back and her powers of sight, but because of a retired General who had been infatuated with her since she gave him a reading before a battle he was certain to die in, she also knew how to handle a sword, to an extent. Before this however Kaia had never had a reason to use one and when overwhelmed by a group of invaders she was quickly succumbed to their manly pleasures with little to no damage done to them.

Beaten, raped, and left to die Kaia had lost her power of sight, now no longer remaining pure, and was left with the little bit of magic she had never cared to master. Still weak from the assault she dragged herself to a nearby tree and passed out under it's shady limbs. When she awoke she was no longer under that tree, but inside a small cottage. Despite the kindness shown to her by the General who loved her the fear of death and the unknown had already taken root within the woman, and pushed her new obsession for immortality. Kaia was willingly to do whatever it took to obtain it. During the years she remained with the General she spent her time researching and mastering her other skills, but she would never become as powerful as she once was. Still, with the help of a traveling merchant she was able to obtain a rare ingredient needed for her immortality spell, and though there was no guarantee it would work her impending doom left her with little to no choice.

Her first attempt at the spell failed, as did her second and third. Kaia relentlessly experimented until she ran out of supplies and was forced to leave her home for more. Instead of Kaia leaving the General offered to take the trip. Nearing the ending of the General's journey, just a days ride from home, the home was invaded and though Kaia fought back fiercely she was knocked unconscious and eventually died in her sleep from head trauma. When the General finally arrived home he gave Kaia a proper burial under the tree he had found her under and left to mourn.

It would be nightfall when Kaia awoke in her dirt bed but for the first time in her life she didn't feel fear. She didn't feel anything actually. With ease she dug herself out and emerged under the full moon, a new woman. Kaia wasn't aware that her immortality spell actually succeeded until she was feeding from the very man who cherished her. In the beginning she was feral and unmanageable. Having just died took a tole on her mind and for the first few years Kaia savagely killed her way across Europe.

After she began to regain some semblance of humanity back Ambrosia roamed Central and Western Europe for centuries, pillaging and turning humans only to end their immortal lives short. Though their progenitors lived on and created more Ambrosia, who then went by the name Kaia, wouldn't personally turn another until the second century AD. Ambrosia would create five more progenitors before the 15th century. Through out her species thrived and is now one of the most populated supernatural species to date. Currently she resides in Vegas where she had just moved to and is hoping to reconnect with her progeny's after centuries of being absent as well as gain intel on the ever elusive Vampire Hybrid.
