biography
Lilith May Johnson, second born child to Caleb and Misha Johnson in September of 1987. Born in the bustling city of Sacramento California. As the first born daughter, she was doted on more than anything. The babe had no idea just what was in store for her. Being born in to a pure blooded family of weretigers, she was ‘royalty’ and immediately pegged to take over the clan when and if her mother ever stepped down. Even when her mother got pregnant with her third child, Lilith was still the little princess of the family. The young girl barely ever got time to herself between schooling and visiting relatives. She was lucky enough to have family down in Arizona that she was able to visit. One of her favorite times was being able to go down and see her cousins, though even there the young girl didn't get enough time to herself. In Arizona not only were her parents on her night and day, but her grandparents as well. They were all just anxiously waiting for her to grow, waiting for the age when she would finally begin her life of shifting with the moon. What little time she did get to spend with her cousin Tony was probably the greatest time the young girl ever had, where she could actually be herself and have fun.
With a younger sister now, Lilith had hopes that perhaps her parents would ease up on her a bit. However because she was the older sister, she was expected to be the little queen. But Lilith didn't want to be a queen, she didn't want to be like her mother. All they ever spoke about was purity and how disgraceful other groups were. The girl hated it, and even more so hated her lessons. While she was probably the smartest of the three children, she was also the most stubborn and disobedient. Always acting up while the siblings were getting lessons, she probably had been beaten more times than anyone else in the house. Though it never seemed to deter her attitude. If there was one thing her parents taught her, it was not to submit to others or let anyone treat her as anything but a queen. The more they taught her, the more she began to rebel against them. Why not? After all she was to be a queen and not to submit to anyone else right? Lilith was her own damned person, and was quickly growing tired of the way her parents treated other people.
Lilith began to rebel more than ever as her teen years started. She would wear dark clothes and refuse to hang out with anyone from the group. In fact most of her friends weren't lycanthropes at all, but humans. Not only was she hanging out with humans, but at thirteen she began smoking. While health wise it wouldn't hurt her, it was a disgusting habit that her parents hated. Of course her friendship with humans didn’t last long after this. Only a month before her thirteenth birthday, Lilith finally had her first shift. It was one of the most painful things she had ever experienced. The way the bones broke and body reshaped, needless to say it hurt. As if her lessons weren't bad enough before, now that she had officially shifted her lessons increased all the more. She was put through some of the most excruciating treatments, but in the long run it would come to help her. While learning control over the tiger, Lilith could no longer chance hanging out with humans. Depressing for her, but the new certainly made her parents happy. Although Lilith hated most of her lessons, she could admit that they were useful. Learning to be one with her tiger and control the beast was most important for her. Over the years it felt like she saw less and less of her extended family. She knew small details. Like the arranged marriage between her cousin Tony and Alarice. It wasn't until quite some time later that she would find out the most upsetting and biggest news ever. She'd caught her parents packing for some trip, and overheard them talking about the plotted murder of the Johan clan. Why? She didn't know the answer, but at seventeen years old she had been invited to go along. It would be no surprise that she refused, not willing to kill the other clan over petty reasons.
After her parents came home from their little "trip", Lilith knew that nothing good would ever come from them. If she hadn't been a rebel before, she sure as hell was one now. She started by piercing as many spots in her body as she could. Then took her love for art and turned it in to another way to piss off her parents. Deciding to cover her skin in colorful tattoos that were far from socially acceptable to Misha and Caleb. As hard as they tried to lock her away and make her stop, Lilith just pushed back harder. She began to hang out with all kinds of different people again, lycanthrope and human alike. Caleb probably would have gone grey if his hair hadn't already been white. There would be no joining the family business, let her brother do it. Her white blonde hair would never be the same, from then on she would dye it emerald green. Lilith took up an apprenticeship at a tattoo parlor, where she learned to use the tattoo gun and pierce anyone who stepped through the door. Being a born lycanthrope had made it easy to mesh and meld with her tiger, and so she never worried about the pain or blood. She was in complete control, of every aspect of her life. Or at least she thought she was. Until mommy and daddy started to bring new males home and tried to force her to date them. The girl would be locked up so tight in the house, there was no escaping. With no way to avoid the strangers, she began to get aggressive to their advances. No one wanted a mate who would tear out their throat, right? For a while it worked, and Lilith was getting better at her fighting skills because of it.
But things can't go your way all the time, something always changes and new challenges come up. Since none of the men her own age were hard enough, Misha brought in the final straw. A man that made the girl look like a tiny doll and who was twice her age. To say that things didn't end well would be quite the understatement. Not only did Misha send him in to beat the shit out of her, but she had actually watched. When Lilith could no longer fight back, the dark Queen ordered something that the girl had never expected. With no strength left, she still did her best to fight as the man came upon her one last time. Misha stood there, on the side of the room with her power surging, and watched the man force himself on the young woman. It was bloody and painful, and the worst experience that could happen to someone. The last straw had been pulled this time, because as soon as she was able to escape that scene, Lilith left.
She fled that cursed house faster than a rabbit running from a fox. Thankfully far enough away from her family, she went to a special doctor to make sure no offspring came about from the incident. He was actually a secretly known lycanthrope doctor. With his own clinic for small surgeries, no one would ever know that he treated others besides humans. A discreet man that always made sure to not to keep records on patients like Lilith. Unable and unwilling to go home, Lilith went back to work at Twisted Vision tattoo, using the apartment off the back of the building. There was no way in hell she would ever date another tiger, she would not give Misha and Caleb the satisfaction. She knew just how to get back at them. Because the clan had people everywhere so she knew that it would get back to her parents.
She had always been one to frequent nightclubs and bars, but this night was different. She wasn't just there to dance and have a little fun. The young woman stood with her friends, surveying each man that came through the door. Unlike the human girls though, she knew things about the men they didn't. Like what they were, what they used to shower, what the last thing they did was. A human was too easy, Lilith was looking for the perfect revenge. Someone who would boil the blood that ran through her parents veins. And then he walked in. The strong musk of wolf rolled off of him and filled her senses. With approval from her friends, the young woman went right over to the handsome wolf. She was far from shy and had no problem being the one to ask him for a dance. One dance moved in to two, and might have gone to three if the stench of tiger hadn't distracted her attention. A tall, muscular, white haired man stood in front of them with a scowl on his face. She recognized him almost immediately, one of her father's many buffoons. Without a word, he grabbed Lilith by the wrist and yanked her away from the wolf with a threatening growl. It wasn't surprising, though that didn't mean she was okay with it. "Let go Dustin" she hissed, trying to tug her arm free. The handsome stranger she had been dancing with was temporarily forgotten. I don't take my orders from you, was his gruff response. Not surprising. What was surprising however was when the man she had been dancing with hit Dustin square in the jaw. The large man fell backwards, and was quickly swept up by the mob of dancers and a bouncer. With a content smile, Lilith turned back to Danny and purred. "Thanks. Want to get out of here?" she asked, flashing him a charming little smirk. Dustin would get back and have to explain to her father how a wolf knocked him on his ass. How much more perfect could things get?
When they got back to the tattoo shop, things got a whole lot better. Lilith was surprised the next morning to find that he'd left his number, though he was gone. Which only made sense because one night stands don’t usually hang around for breakfast. Danny would quickly turn in to more than just a one time guy though. They had enjoyed each other, so why not enjoy each other more? At first it was just a few 'booty calls', but within a couple weeks things changed. He had actually asked her to dinner and she decided to give it a try. She even let Danny pick her up from the tattoo shop and drive to the restaurant. Conversation at dinner started off a bit awkward, but once they got past that they seemed to get along amazingly well. A man who could talk, screw, would piss off her parents, and actually had a job. What more could she ask for? When he asked her about her family though, Lilith got tense. She didn't feel safe talking about them out in the open, but agreed to go back to his place to finish the conversation. It was a long conversation, but she was completely honest about her family with him. Though she wasn't entirely sure why she had felt the need to open up so much to him. Perhaps because she couldn't tell any of her human friends? After spending another night together, Lilith found herself actually anxious to spend more time with Danny. He had his work and she had her's, but they went on as many dates as their schedules allowed.
While at work one night, the strong scent of tiger rushed in through the front door. Lilith had to force back a growl as she tensed up while holding a needle in the lip of a customer. She quickly finished her work and made her way out to the front lobby, green eyes focusing intensely on Beth. "What are you doing here?" she asked, moving towards her younger sister. She took the girl by the arm and guided her away from the people in the shop. I want you to come home. Please Lily you can't imagine how hard it has been without you the young girl pleaded. The pair had never really been close, but she couldn't help feeling sorry for her younger sister. With her gone, were their parents putting all the pressure on Bethany now? "I can't Beth, I just can't" she replied with a shake of her head. When she looked at Bethany again she saw tears rolling down her cheeks, and she was shocked. I can't do it Lilith. I'm not strong enough, I can't be a queen. The family needs you, you have to come back. You don't belong here, with THESE people the younger girl said. The moment she said it, Lilith got angry. A growl started deep within her throat and she moved her sister towards the door. "You need to leave, now" she said, opening the door. Bethany gave a growl in return and glared up at her sister. Sooner or later you'll have to come back Lilith. Do yourself a favor and choose sooner, you won't like what comes later she said before walking out the door. When Danny came over later that night, Lilith decided it might be better not to tell him about her sister's visit. She didn't want to make him worry, he did enough of that every time they caught the scent of tiger while they were out.
A few weeks and many more dates later, Lilith found herself happily getting ready for another fun night with her attractive wolf. When a knock came at the back door, she'd rushed over and opened it without thinking. The next thing she found herself groggily waking up in a dimly lit room. Her head was pounding and her vision was blurred as she touched her head. What the hell had happened? Sitting up, she blinked a few times to clear her eyesight. The first thing she saw was the vibrant white and black mural that had once been her bedroom wall. Wait, her bedroom? Turning her head around, she growled as she found herself now staring at Misha at her door. "What the hell are you doing?" she snarled, leaping off of the bed and glaring at her mother. You will not disgrace this family any more. You are a Johnson, a tiger, and you are going to be a Queen the older woman hissed. Lilith spat at her feet and shook her head. "Fuck you. I will never be what you want me to be" she replied. What she got was a hard kick to the back of her legs from someone she hadn't known was there. Falling to her knees, she cringed as a snarl rose in her throat. Lilith, you remember Dustin her mother purred with an evil smirk on her lips. He will be your guard now she said, then turned and walked out of the room. Lilith turned her gaze to Dustin with a growl, slowly getting to her feet. "How's your jaw feeling these days?" she asked with a smile, which never faded even after the hard backhand to the face. She merely laughed and turned to look back at him again. "You'll pay for that Dustin, believe me" she spoke softly, stepping away and going to her bed.
The days went by slowly, unable to have any sort of contact with anyone. Her room was locked up tight and there was always someone just outside the door. To keep from going crazy Lilith began a new mural on her wall. This one was a lot different from anything she'd ever done. A large and dark colored wolf with striking golden eyes stood right in the middle of the painting. An entire week had gone by and the closest she had come to contact was when someone came in and dropped off food. Besides the new mural in her wall, Lilith had begun thinking up a plan for escape. Of course it was going to take more time and work to get anything to work. The entire time she kept wondering what Danny must be thinking. Did he think she had skipped out on him? Sulking she waited another entire week before finally finding the chance she needed for escape. Dustin was the one just outside her door tonight, she could smell him. With no better time, Lilith grabbed on to the top of her dresser and yanked it down so that the entire thing toppled to the ground. Right after that she threw a hair brush in to the large mirror on her wall, listening to it shatter loudly. The noise did what it was meant to do, Dustin came rushing in to the room. However he had closed the door behind him and was standing right in front of it. What the hell are you doing? he grumbled at her. Lilith wouldn't answer with words, but instead rush the large man. He might have outweighed her, but she'd planned this out. The rug tripped him, making him easier to knock to the ground. As soon as Dustin was down she lifted the arm chair and slammed it down over him. So far everything had gone how she wanted, except for one thing. The sound of more people coming was loud down the hall, she would never make it out that way. So with another idea, Lilith moved both of the dressers, the armoire, couch, bed, and Dustin in front of the door.
With Dustin's phone in her hand, Lilith quickly put in Danny's number and called him. As if painting a mural of his wolf on her wall hadn't been enough proof, memorizing his number was the cherry on top. She was hooked. Anxiously she waited for him to answer, listening to all the commotion on the outside of the door. They were working on getting in, and by the sounds of it they would eventually succeed. Holding the phone tight, the young woman actually began to pray that he would answer the unknown number. She was so grateful when he actually answered, but there was no time to talk. "Danny, listen i'm sorry I don't have time to explain everything to you but I need your help. Please, i'm not sure how much time I have got left before they get in" she said quickly. She gave him the shortest explanation she could with directions to the house. The sounds of people outside the door were growing louder, and the banging getting harder. Her pulse was racing as she checked the window, looking at the large drop to the ground. Stupid extra high ceilings made the two story house larger than normal. The sound of wood scraping made her turn to look at the door. The dressers and bed were slowly moving, which meant that they would be inside any minute. A growl started to trickle up her chest, but suddenly everything stopped. There was shouting, something about some car crashing through the front yard. Danny. She felt happier than ever at that moment, and threw the bed away from the door. Then went the dresser, and she darted out her bedroom door faster than she'd ever had to run before. More shouts sounded from the hall, followed by feet pounding against the floor. But she'd gotten a head start, and was out the front door before anyone could stop her. Once out the door she could see his car, but he wasn't inside it any more. He was fighting his way through not one, not two, but three guards. Her eyes narrowed as she rushed over, thrusting her shoulder in to a body to knock him to the ground. Adrenaline pumping, she kicked the man on the ground right in the face. Down for the count, she felt a hand on her shoulder and turned swinging. But her fist was caught, thankfully, since it was Danny standing behind her. They both flashed a smile before jumping in to his car and taking off.
Lilith thanked him many times over, and their relationship from that night was much deeper. She was crazy about him, and so happy to finally have someone that cared about her. She could be herself with him, and he promised to protect her. They went from just dating to a serious, monogamous, couple. The young woman found herself falling harder for him each day they spent together. She no longer had to live in the small apartment at the back of the tattoo shop, because Danny had asked her to live with him. Why not? She was in love with the guy by now, it made sense for them to start living together. Plus she would be a hell of a lot safer living with him than she would living at the tattoo shop. After all his lovely wolf musk helped cover some of her scent, which helped make it harder for her family to track her down. The pair spent months in a happy bliss, living like any normal couple would. They both had jobs, so there was never a money issue or laziness issue. They still did their separate things, but every night they got to fall asleep in each other's arms. Their happiness lasted for quite some time, and Lilith was so in love with Danny that she was honestly expecting to marry him. Maybe not get married right away, but engagement seemed like it was definitely on the table. After all two and a half years was a long time.
She had seriously thought that maybe her parents had given up, that they had decided to just cut their losses. But nothing was ever that easy, not in her life. It was a simple trip to the grocery store so that she could pick up something for dinner. Lilith had finished paying and was packing everything in the car when the sound of screeching tires came up suddenly behind her. Before she had time to react, there was a hand covering her mouth with a cloth. Then everything went dark. Groggily she woke up, groaning a moment before remembering what had happened. She jolted awake, but found herself tied around…a tree? Lilith was struggling against the ropes and chains, hissing as the chain moved to bare skin and began to burn. 'Careful sweetie, wouldn't want you to scar' came the gruff voice. Her face turned, glaring at her father as he fixed the chain so it wasn't touching her skin. "What the hell do you want? Why can't you just leave me alone?" she growled. A tut-tut was the only response she would get, because the sound of feet thundering against the ground would turn everyone's attention now. Danny came rushing through the other side of the treeline, looking quite pissed off. Her heart both leapt with joy and sank at the sight of him. He was alone, and her father had guards here with him. Lilith had faith in the man she loved, but she didn't expect Caleb to play fair in the least. When the werewolf moved to attack, it was Dustin who charged forward and kept him from getting to Caleb.
Lilith was struggling again, trying her hardest to get out of the chains. The sound of fighting drew her attention back up, but her vision was blocked by Caleb standing in front of her.'Understand this Lilith. If you do not leave him, if you do not come home, we will not only kill this man. We will kill everyone he has ever known or cared about. As well as any werewolf who steps foot in this city' he said in hushed tones. Her eyes narrowed with a deep growl, but she knew that her family would keep this promise. "You sick bastard" she hissed at him, tears filling her soft green eyes. Gazing over to where Danny now stood over Dustin's body, she knew that she couldn't let anything happen to him. Caleb moved then, the two men charging straight for one another. The sound of fists hitting made her eyes glow with anger. A loud snarl roared through her chest and finally she found herself free of the restraints. When she looked up, the fight was going seriously downhill. Danny was on the ground getting his ass handed to him, bad. Determination and anger set in, and she charged forward suddenly. Her body crashed straight in to Caleb's, sending the man flying straight in to a tree. But she didn't take the time to check, Lilith immediately grabbed Danny's arm and helped him to his feet. "We have to get you out of here" she said quickly, wrapping his arm around her shoulders half carrying him. There was no concern for her safety, only his at that moment. If she didn't get him out of those woods there was no way he was going to make it. As soon as they reached his car, Lilith helped him in to the passenger seat. Then she hopped in to the car and sped off down the road.
She took Danny to his house, helping him inside and checking to make sure that his wounds were healing. Lilith tried to apologize to him, but of course Danny wouldn't let her. He didn't blame her for anything, even when it truly was all her fault. She'd brought him in to her life, knowing how her parents felt. She'd gotten taken yet again. It was her family that was crazy, and she knew now that they would never give up. Begging him to leave, telling him that it wasn't safe here for him, she pulled in all the calm she could to keep from crying. When he asked her to leave with him, she wanted more than anything in the world to say yes. But she had to tell him no. Her parents would never stop, they would never let her go and she couldn't handle seeing him killed. It broke her heart to have to reject what he was proposing, but she didn't see any other way. "I'm sorry Danny" she said, before taking off right out the front door. She couldn't do it, she couldn't stand there and answer him on why she wouldn't go. Seeing the look on his face, hearing the hurt in his voice, it would have broken her down and made her do anything to fix it. So she ran, all the way back to the cursed house that she'd been trying to escape for so long.
It was no surprise that her family was waiting for her arrival, because the evil villains had known their plan would work. She didn't say a word to anyone, just went straight to her room and shut herself away inside. Days passed by, and not once did she exit that room. Then it was a week, and still not a peep from the typically rowdy woman. Unless someone tried to bother her, then she'd just make angry noises. No one got to see the crumpled mess she had become. Lying around all alone, crying herself to the point of near dehydration. Lilith was in a sad state, so far over the edge of depression that there most likely was not even a word for it. If letting him leave hurt this bad, she couldn't imagine what she might have done if Danny had been killed. When Caleb confirmed that Danny had in fact left town, it just set her off. She hadn't believed he would actually do it, that he would really leave without her. Sure she wasn't answering her phone and had told him she wouldn't go, but that isn't at all what she really wanted. After the news it would be a whole month before she stepped foot outside of her bedroom, and it was only to wander the hallways. She'd just walk aimlessly, giving no acknowledgement to anyone around her. But she didn't have to, her parents had been satisfied with their win in forcing her home. Though it quickly became well known around the house not to mess with her, because depression was not a good mindset for the young woman. She was far more temperamental and prone to violence. Day by day she would grow more vicious towards those around her, even if you just looked at her in a way she didn't like. The only person who made sure to stay out of her way was Dustin, probably because he'd had enough beatings already.
Lilith would go back to training, though she never let anyone get near her. If any tiger came within ten feet of her, she'd knock them straight on their ass. She'd be damned if they would ever get the better of her again. Day in and day out she would train, on her own most of the time. There was no one here that she trusted to have come up against her. It was surprisingly easy for her, though her parents would probably disagree with it being surprising. After all from the day she was born they had been planning on her growing quickly in her strength. Getting stronger was for no one's benefit but her own, she still had no plans of being a Queen in the future. It wasn't until her mother began attending her training sessions though that Lilith would finally face down everything. Misha actually tried talking to her, even announced that she had a perfect city all lined up for when Lilith reached her full potential. She might have been able to ignore it, if her mother hadn't gone on to say how she'd even arranged a marriage for her. Pissed off as ever, the young woman challenged the Queen to battle. But it wasn't formal, it was just a blur of speed and two women's bodies crashing in to one another. It didn't matter that Misha was stronger, because at that moment Lilith had the rage to do some serious damage. The only thing that mattered was blood, and she planned on spilling as much as possible. Of course things would end quickly, because her mother had never been a woman to play fair either. Something her parents shared in common besides their psychosis. After being severely beaten, Lilith was left to heal on the floor of the training room by herself. It was right here, that she realized there would never be a happy ending here. Never be an end to anything. This was pointless, letting them win over her.
With a new determination set in, Lilith left the house once more. This time though, she wasn't going to bring anyone else in to this. Or at least no one that her parent's could actually do any harm to. She was back to frequenting clubs, but they had a much darker atmosphere. Most were run by vampires, creatures who she was beginning to feel like she shared a lot in common with. At first it was just for fun, to get out and enjoy herself like she used to. But with Danny long gone and her heart still in pieces, she was feeling a hole in her chest. Something that desperately needed to be filled in some way. There was no desire in the woman to take another forever partner, but one night lovers sounded like a damned good idea. Though not just any lovers, because humans simply didn't cut it anymore. Lilith began to enjoy the company of any vampire that was willing to have her. One bite, and it was like nothing else mattered any more. She'd always liked pain with her sex, but the way some could make their bites so arousing just got her going. Soon enough, the young woman was hooked. She couldn't stop, because she needed to fill that space. It needed to have something there for her to focus on every time she escaped the 'house of horrors' as she began calling her home. Slowly but surely, Lilith was beginning to feel more and more like her old self. She refused to train any more, and went back to focusing on what had truly mattered to her. All of her passions brought back to life as she set up as a piercer for a new tattoo parlor.
Of course as soon as things began to go back to normal for her, Caleb and Misha began to try and squeeze her back in. But not this time, they could attempt to trap her all they wanted, it would not work. They had already taken the first man she ever loved, taken away her freedom for so long. No more though, she would not bend to their wills when her own was so strong. Let them try and stop her, she'd let herself be killed before she ever went back to doing what those horrible people desired of her. Lilith was a completely wild 'child' and everything after that was exactly what she'd been turned on to before. Partying, drinking, smoking. Anything to help her relax and forget the stresses that the Johnson family brought on her. With nothing left to lose, she had gone completely mad. Her parents tried reasoning with her, that didn't work. They tried challenging her, that didn't work. They tried locking her away again, but eventually that didn't work either. Until the last breath left her body, she was not going to stop being who and what she wanted. Although what Lilith didn't know was that while she was out having her fun, that last bit was actually being planned out. Caleb and Misha realized that their daughter would never submit to their ways, and so the plan for her death was quickly being elaborated. It just so happened that she was lucky enough to hear the pair discussing it over one night. Panic almost began to set in, but she quickly reined it in and forced calm upon her body. She needed to get out of there, needed to finally escape and be free of the devil's minions. With no other idea and no one else to turn to, Lilith fled the home one last time. Though this time she didn't stop in the city, she hopped on a plane and flew across the country to get away from her parents. Somewhere that no one knew who she was or where she came from.
