Dash would simply smile and nodded at that a little. New buildings were nice and all but they lacked the atmosphere and well charm the older and more historical buildings held about them. Back in the days when magicians were starting out they usually got their starts in the old theaters and more people usually flocked to them to see their shows instead of the newer places and even today that still held somewhat true for some places around here. There was really something special and magical about the history of old buildings and owning them to use for one's business. Course he would modernize the insides a little more fix and repair things but buying and using an old place like that with the history it had would really draw in the bigger crowds he thought and David seemed to agree with that like he did. "Aurora seemed to think so too great minds think alike it seems," He replied smiling sheepishly at that. Aurora had told him it'd be cheaper and well more valuable to own a older and more historical theater fix it up a little and he'd be rolling in the crowds and acts in no time for sure. "Well I wasn't sure if she'd really be interested but it does sound like a good bonding experience for us so I'll talk to her about it again later when we both get home," he replied running a hand through his hair now. She had seemed interested in it enough to support him so maybe if he really did this then she might jump onboard and at least manage their fiances for them both so he could focus on everything else. "She must have been quite the lovely painter then," Dash replied as they seemed to arrive at the real estate place now. He wasn't much of an artist himself but he probably would make a good writer himself as much as he wrote in his journals during the war of the many things good and bad he saw then. "Yeah an old theater. Perhaps you can also help direct us to some good contractors and an inspector to help fix it up so it fits the standards it's supposed to," Dash replied and added now looking to the real estate guy now.

"Doesn't surprise me Aurora's always had an eye for business comes to her like a fish to water." He said with a grin on his face. That was one thing he was so proud of her attention to detail. He remembered coming home from work one day and seeing Aurora sitting in his home office on his computer. he was about to scold her when she turned to him and said that his business was declining and that he should take some of the stock from his R&D department and put it into marketing. he was going to tell her she was too young to understand, but then she showed him some figures they were done in color pencils, but still the logic was sound to say the least, so he'd went with it and it came out fine not at the rate he would have liked, but still profit was profit. "Trust me at least give her the option and let her decide for herself. She'll never forgive you for not even attempting to include her." he said as they entered the real estate office and he asked for a real estate book and Dash asked for contact info for contractors. He nodded the boy was good he could think on his feet that was for sure. The agent nodded giving two print outs one for old theatres the other for contractors. "A member of our agency will be at each address ready to show you around." He said smiling.

"Yeah I've noticed she is the one who handles and manages our money and bills now," Dash simply replied and nodded in agreemnt with him now. She really did have a knack for it she was like a walking calculator that was built into a math book. Of course he said he could pay some of the bills but she insisted on a joint account both their money could go into so she could manage their balance and bills herself and he allowed her to do so it was probably better she did really. He didn't know much about business like she and her father clearly did he'd come from a simple furniture business and hadn't really gone to college didn't have much time to with war looming around and then afterwards he was left alone and struggled to make a name for himself to make enough money to pay the bills until he finally hit it big in Las Vegas course he was a Dark Djinn if he wanted he could just probably rob a bank using magic and he'd never get caught or just wish all the legal tender he wanted to live like royalty but he felt that was not the kind of man Aurora would ever truly love like she had him before all of this mess came to be what he called his life now being the supernatural that he was now. "Yeah I will for sure I'd never force Aurora into something she doesn't want to do but knowing she had the choice keeps her happy still." Dash replied running a hand through his hair a little now. They were going to be married and Aurora made him understand how things would be fifty fifty now she wouldn't make any decisions involving them both without his input and he should respect her in the same way when he was faced with decisions involving her as well as himself. Dash had seen enough shows on HGTV to know when doing renovations or buying a new or old place you had to get an inspection done and bring in competent contractors to do all the work for him. Course he could probably just wish it to be done already but that would raise too many suspicions and attention really problems he didn't really want to have to deal with right now when he was trying to make a legit business for himself now and get married to Aurora now. "Alright then I'll make sure to be there on time then to meet them once I know the date." Dash replied as he took the handouts and looked over them now. Later he was going to have to ask Aurora for her help and hopefully she would be on board with this and help him out otherwise he didn't know what he would really do then. "So where we off to next Mr. Xanatos?" Dash asked now as he looked to the older male now. Maybe this meeting hadn't been such a bad idea really thought it had started out exactly he thought it might aside from the threat to seal him away into some urn but it was going rather smmoothly and pleasantly for now.

It's what he would expect from his daughter Aurora didn't like to let anything slip from her especially money so he wasn't surprised she was the one handling their finances. "She could be one hell of a banker if she wanted." He said looking at Dash. "But we both know that she wouldn't go for something so mundane." He said as they left the real estate office. He wasn't as love sick as he would have thought there was some kind of cognitive function going on upstairs it would seem. He sighed as he looked at his watch. "Well I would like to but I have other engagements that I have to attend to." He said looking at Dash. "We may or may not do this again tell me how it goes with the old theatres." He said as he climbed into his car pretty sure that Dash could teleport to wherever he planned on going next. "Remember what I said Dash." He said as he started his car. He wouldn't permit anyone to hurt his daughter.
