Power: Wings & Flight, Mind Manipulation & Divine Weapon
Power Description: As his family name would suggest, Roran's wing color is grey and obviously, he can use them in full flight. He also has his own Divine Weapon, granted to him when his mother gave it to him. It reveals itself as a katana and Roran is quite lethal with it, even going as far as to train with the samurai to wield it. His mind manipulation, however, is because of his Magik corruption. Anything the mind does, Roran can control.
Power Limits: His wings only allow him to fly for so long and carry only small loads. His mind manipulation isn't very strong, considering the Magik corruption hasn't completely taken over and he can only control humans. Not other angels or demons.

Personality
[attr="class","appcontent2"]Polygomy- We'll throw this out first, Roran hates being tied down to one woman. Part of it stems from his dysfunctional family and the affair between his uncle and mother and the other part being all the beautiful women who flock to hear his music. He's not opposed of a three some or even a four some but he's certainly not a one girl kind of guy. Though he likes the idea of having multiple women, he also doesn't believe in marriage. It's the epitome of being tied down and you couldn't bring him to do it, even if you told him you could bring back his family. He'll laugh at you and leave you staring after him.
Distant- Even if you think you're close to Roran, you're not. He holds everyone at arm's length, no matter who you are. Most of this stems from the fact he doesn't want anyone to learn his secret. Even his band members, who believe are his best friends, don't know jack shit about him. He'll give you fake stories and even expertly avoid questions that leaves you with even more questions.
People Person- Just because he'll push you away, doesn't mean he doesn't love attention. Roran can always be found in a crowd of people. He enjoys the general company of others, no matter the circumstance of the group. He also doesn't discriminate. He'll hang out with anyone, be in supernatural or not.
Dark- Though he tries to keep these tendencies secret, there are times when it starts to seep out, although, it's usually on his targets that see this particular side. He has a strange liking for causing others pain. It seems to make people do things they wouldn't normally do. He also likes to dabble heavily in the Dark Sins;
Fearful- Roran knows just what exactly is happening to him, though, minus a few details. It's painfully obvious that his body is flowing with Magik and he knows that means. The fact that his Divine Weapon still obeys him means the corruption hasn't completely taken hold but he fears the day when it will and what will happen to him when it does. He's careful not to use his Magik around other Angels or Demons and keeps it to only a few humans here and there, when there's no risk of anyone finding out.
Selfish- Like any rock star, Roran is a real asshole. He only cares about himself and what he'll get for himself rather than the people around him. He'd even throw his band mates to the curb if the reason called for it. He's never once thought about the women he's slept with or the fans he's waved off.
The Silver Cross- No matter what is happening to his body, Roran was first and foremost, an Angel and still has a strong loyalty to the Silver Cross. As the fourth chair of the Silver Cross, he has more reason to have loyalty than most and takes his orders to heart, making sure he brings in exactly who the other three are looking for. The other three have long since looked away from his methods of actually getting people to them and for that, Roran is grateful. He doesn't think he could enjoy what he does otherwise. Just don't bad mouth the Silver Cross in front of Roran, you'll quickly regret it.

History
[attr="class","appcontent2"]Roran's history is dark and shrouded in mystery. No one really knows his history, let alone, his real name. The la Grey family used to be a very prominent Angel family until their fall. Roran had been the youngest la Grey following five other siblings and was, unfortunately, the favorite of his parents but like any good family, the siblings tried not to let it get to them. They accepted their new brother with open arms. Common among large angel families was the constant dispute of a Divine Weapon and who would inherit their parents'. Since Divine Weapons were passed down from parent to child since their exile from the Divine Realm, Angels tended to stay away from creating large families. However, the la Grey family tried not to let it get to them. Instead, the siblings decided to make it a game. From the moment they could all run and play together, they were constantly trying to out do each other in everything they did. But no matter how close he grew to his siblings, Roran was always a mama's boy and would always be her favorite. He found himself in the presence of his mother more than anyone else in the family. And it was because of this that at an early age, he began to see the wedge that would tear their family apart.
The la Grey family had started out with two brothers; Jonathan la Grey and Valentin la Grey. Born as first generation angels, they knew nothing of the Divine Realm and quickly fell into the world of humans, adapting quickly and taking on characteristics. The first to appear was their constant sibling rivalry. Even in day to day activities, the two brothers had to battle it out to come out on top. And it continued through adulthood. When their parent's died, each received a Divine Weapon from their parent; Jonathan received his father's while Valentin received his mother's. Some say this was the first wedge that formed between them while others said it was Evangeline. Either way, their sibling rivalry began to escalate, turning into hatred. At eighteen, Jonathan met Evangeline, another Angel who he'd saved on one a demon hunting mission. It was love at first sight. Evangeline was beautiful, a true Angel. She had the sweetest smile and never a negative thought. Valentin became entranced with his brother's girl, vowing to steal her from his brother as soon as he got the chance. For years, even after Jonathan and Evangeline married and started having children, Valentin chased Evangeline, determined to overtake his brother. It was this greed that Roran quickly came to know and it was also something no one else in the family knew about.
By the time Roran was born, Valentin had become desperate and angry. Evangeline's constant rejection had twisted his mind. Unbeknownst to Jonathan, Valentin began to take his wife by force, waiting till Jonathan was far away before inviting himself over. At first, Roran had been too young to understand what his uncle was up to but as he got older, he began to catch on. The terror and pain in his mother's eyes convinced him to tell his father. To this day, Roran still blames himself because of this one rash move. Jonathan, after hearing from his young son what his brother was doing to his wife, brought his Divine Weapon against his brother who eagerly reciprocated. Overwhelmed with anger and sadness, Jonathan was quickly brought down by Valentin. As soon as Jonathan's breath left his body, Roran's siblings attacked. The first to pick up their father's weapon was the oldest, Corin who was immediately accepted by the sword and he brought it against his own uncle. Roran, hiding beneath his mother's bed, watched as each of his siblings, in turn, were cut down where they stood, each picking up their father's weapon, only to be killed by their uncle. Unable to help her other children, Evangeline grabbed Roran from under the bed and ran.
They lived in hiding for years, watching the centuries and eras fly by with no real joy. The heartache and anger lived on inside Roran as he grew into a man. At his eighteenth birthday, his mother offered him her Divine Weapon. Unlike her other children who had taken so much after their father, Evangeline knew her last son was different. As soon as the sword touched his hand, he felt an instant warmth as it accepted him. It was then he knew his destiny. Not only had he been gifted with a Divine Weapon, he also had a strange knowledge of just where exactly to find Valentin. He sought out Valentin la Grey and challenged his uncle. But his dreams of revenge were quickly put aside when his mother followed him and threw herself between them, begging him, desperately, not to kill him. Mistaking her protection for love, he pushed her aside to get to his uncle but once more, she threw herself at him but out of anger, Roran accidentally killed her, stabbing her through the gut with her old Divine Weapon. Overcome with sadness and anger, he turned on his uncle, blaming him for his entire family's misfortune. Finally, after fifteen years, Roran as able to slice the blade across Valentin's neck and sever the last of his bloodline from the world. But, it changed things. Roran's thoughts, though he was satisfied with his revenge, still had an insatiable blackness in his heart. Even his mother's own death wasn't able to calm the wickedness in his heart. He hid it well but the world was a naturally evil place and Roran found himself drawn to these such evils. And with his new found skill of accurately being able to find whoever he wanted, it became one of Roran's dark pleasures.
As the centuries passed, he ended up falling in with humans who helped raise him and strengthen him. It was their Sins that intrigued him the most. At times, he even forgot he was an Angel. When the twenty first century rolled around, Roran changed his named to Madoc and moved to San Fransico where, with a group of his human friends, created a band that instantly grew famous. But as his dark desires intensified, so did the Magik stored within his being, the very Magik stripped from Demons and concealed in his mother's Divine Weapon. He hadn't noticed it, considering the amount of Magik in his mother's Divine Weapon hadn't been strong but it explained his sudden dark desires and his sudden ability to control the minds of humans. Even when he was elected to sit on the Silver Cross, he kept his dark secret, fearing he'd be killed. All the Angels of the Silver Cross know is that he has a strange ability to find whoever they're looking for and they don't question how he gets them. So far, fame fortune and glory are his for the taking but how long will it last? How much more will the Magik corrupt his being?
