Uriel wasn't sure why he came here sometimes really it was like a part of him kept drawing him to this place. Lake Mead. A place so near the city of sin just about every sin could be found here in some form prostituion and gambling among other things. Humans were such hypocrits he thought commiting so much sin on a daily basis only to turn around and pray to some God for forgiveness to wipe their slates clean so they could turn around and do it all over again. Coming to this lake for some reason reminded him of the one back in the Garden of Eden. The lake he would stand watch over as Adam and Lilith took a swim as they did almost everyday when together and eventually it was Eve who joined him for many swims. When alone he himself would take a swim and just relax and enjoy himself. Things seemed so serene and peaceful back then his life not so hectic and crazy as it was now. He'd ruined paradise by letting Lilith back in to punish Adam for him and in some weird way he was glad he did he loved Lilith he truely did and that was enough to allow himself that one mistake for her but he had no idea of the clusterfuck it would bring him soon after and then he didn't even get to see Lilith again for some time. It was a painful reminder of his past yet he kept stopping at places like this that reminded him of Eden and his time in paradise for Jophiel kicked him out. He stood there looking out at the water as the sun began to rise such a beautiful sight really he'd always quite enjoyed them the most in his time in Eden. Closing his eyes he could almost picture Lilith again standing there before him looking so sweet and beautiful as always even if she had been in love with Adam the male never cared much for talking with him but Lilith always did. He'd flap his wings a little not really caring if some humans came across him now like this. Humanity had come to see the truth that many supernaturals lived amongst them even angels though it was tiring when they asked him if he had met God or one of their dead relatives. Mayaria the Goddess was his mother and the only real deity he recognized since his creation and would do so until his dying breath. He'd reach up to touch hsi belt buckle now where he had engraved his divine weapon charm into it a simpel touch and his dual blades would appear sheathed at his sides but for now he kept them away as he closed his eyes and took a deep breath now.
