In his line of business, nothing was easy. At least, for the humans working beneath him. To Loki, the torment of humans was nothing new to him. He spent his every waking hour bringing a Hell on Earth to humans. If he and his brethren were to be condemned to this lowly world with these weak humans, he was going to make sure he made his time here fun. And by fun, he meant anything that put a smile on his face. And human suffering took the cake. At first, he had started in the arm's dealing; selling terror weapons to enemies and watching them try and kill each other. It was all an amusing game, like playing a real life video game. His lack of humanity granted him the ability to not care who he was selling to or the outcome of selling to someone would be. It just made things a lot more interesting. Besides, it was good for business. The less he invested his interest in his clients, the happier they were. Being nosy only pushed clients away. But one day, during a deal, a client had asked if his human assistant, a young girl no older than twenty five, was for sale. The client had probably meant the idea as a joke but Loki found himself fascinated with the idea of selling a human being to another human being. Especially when the human being was a young girl who put all her fight into not being sold. It was then he found his second job; human trafficking. From time to time, he took money offered to him to help smuggle people over borders but his most profit came from selling young girls to crime bosses for sex slaves, drug dealers or as wives to high ranking princes. He supposed it was the human suffering that intrigued him the most. It was probably also the main reason he kept the werecat as his pet, much to her own tantrums. It was because of these "tantrums" he kept her around. He enjoyed controlling every aspect of her life. So far, he'd kept to his promise, of keeping her close by. Where ever he was, she went with him. But he wasn't giving her the satisfaction of staying in the shadows. No, when he went anywhere, he made her dress up and loop her arm through his as they walked. Vegas was home to the ritzy and the best way he'd found to blend in was by showing off his own wealth and dragged Anya with him. One, because she was kept well insight and two, she was the only one who didn't cower in fear around him. Her spitfire was well appreciated. It promised her that he wouldn't grow bored of her and throw her away. Tonight was just one of those grand events he was going to be attending but instead of a public's eye view, he was going behind the curtain, into his own black world. Nonetheless, he had a dress sent up to her room and her own personal hairdresser. Whether she decided to wear it or not, he had her meet him at seven in the hotel lobby before they got into a limo and pulled up in front of one of many casinos on the Strip. Up front, it was just that, a casino but Loki had his business established behind the scenes of the casino and their small group was granted access into a private elevator and taken to the higher floors. It was there, he introduced Anya to his main office. It wasn't an office you'd think when you picture an "office" but it was where Loki conducted most of his business. There were plenty of conference rooms and even one room with a raised dias and one sided windows surrounding the room where clients could "bid" on the girls Loki produced. Tonight, however, his business was strictly Arms. Of course, he kept no actual "merchandise" within the casino itself but on offsite locations but that didn't mean he didn't have a list of them all sitting around. He swung open a pair of double doors and walked into a rather spacious "office" complete with the entire view of the main Strip. Different colored lights reflected on every surface from the casinos and hotels that surrounded the building and a merry fire flickered in the fireplace on the far wall. It was a rather contemporary office complete with nude statues and random abstract paintings. Loki hated the boringness of this office so much, he tended to spend as less time in it as he could. He clapped his hands and the lights flickered on and screens built into the windows, flickered closed, closing out the Strip from the office. "Sit." he told her, the office doors closing behind them. "And don't touch anything." Tonight he looked rather dashing in a suit and it was quite possible to see him as nothing more than a human the way he laughed along the staff and guests and even partook of the free wine and appetizers but looks could always be deceiving. All he needed to do was move his arm a certain way and shadows would be available at his every beck and call. Unless you were trained to see them, they were certainly hard to see hiding in the folds of his suit or following behind him. -- Anya Pajari-Belkov

Anya wasn't happy about her situation at all. She was actually livid and irritated. So when she recieved the new dress and her orders of the night, she tossed the dress on the floor and dived into her own dresses that she managed to get from her house so that it appeared she really was on an extended vacation. The red dress was one of her favorites. She even passed on the hairdresser, deciding to simply throw her hair into a messy bun just for the hell of it. She kept the red theme with her jewelry and other accessories as well, but aside from that little bit of 'fuck off' attitude, she was down in the lobby promptly at seven and got into the stupid limo with Loki without a word to him.
She stayed silent for the entire ride and up until they got to his working rooms. That was when he opened his irritating mouth. Her eyes flashed at that single word. He didn't have to tell her to sit like that. It was demeaning and sent her temper flying. Then he went further and she had to count backwards from ten so she didn't take her shoes and throw them at his head. He was trying to piss her off. That was the only explanation she had.
"First off, I'm not a dog," she said through her teeth. "Stop treating me like one. Second, how can i sit if I'm not supposed to touch anything? Technically, my ass would be touching the chair, wouldn't it? My feet are touching the floor too. If I were a magi I could levitate, but sadly I'm a werecat."
Okay, she was probably being stupid, but she was tired of taking orders. Besides, she was bored. He couldn't fault her for having that little extra attitude tonight. She wasn't used to be cooped up nor was she used to being some guys trophy in the most extreme sense. She liked her alone time. She could have just dropped the damn story and gone home happily, never to think of him again. He decided to add her to his whatever it was. He had to deal with her attitude.

He sat down at his desk and smirked at her, a clear sign of humor on his face as he started up his laptop. "Well, isn't that a conundrum?" he teased her. "I suppose you'll have to figure that out for yourself." Of course, he was only playing with her. Only he could manage to be in a room and not touch anything but with the width of his wings, he'd probably not be able to maneuver correctly. "And that's right, you're not a dog. You're a cat. Why don't you come here and rub against my leg like a good little kitty cat?" he asked her, eyes changing from mischievous to malicious. There was a beeping on the laptop and he turned his attention away from her to the screen. With a couple buttons clicked, the screen was portrayed on the closed windows behind him, making a large screen with several different people in a conference call. He greeted each one, each in a different language before he clicked a few more buttons on his laptop and forwarded a file to each member of the conference call.
"Inside, you will find the contents of my latest shipment. I can't stress to you gentleman enough that these weapons are strictly forbidden from falling into other countries hands but I've managed to get my hands on a few of them. Until this auction is over, I will keep the whereabouts of these items a secret. The winning bidder will receive a coded message of the whereabouts of their product. Is everyone in agreement?" The computer had automatically translated to each member of the conference and each one nodded, giving Loki the go ahead to continue. "Further more, no matter the disagreements you have with each other or don't have with each other, you remember the agreement that I remain neutral. Is this still the case? I simply sell you the weapons and I take no allegiance to any sovereign or leader." Each member of the conference call replied in unison, agreeing to the preset terms.
"Alright. I will start with the first item on the list and starting bid will be one million US dollars. Do I hear two million?"
The conference call was over actually rather quickly. Only one country signed off before the end of the auction without buying anything but it didn't seem to faze Loki who continued with the auction enthusiastically. At the bottom of the screen, on visible to Loki, a round total of the auction was added up and it would certainly send Bill Gates running for his own money. Loki didn't honestly care about money. He held no value for it. If he wanted something, he got it, no matter if money was needed or not. But this world revolved around it and to fit in, he needed as much of it as he could.
"Alright, gentleman. That includes today's auction. I have forwarded each of you the whereabouts of your products and do hope you will use your purchases with pride." Just before Loki ended the call, one of the gentleman on the conference call smirked at Loki and surprisingly, spoke English. "I hear you also sell young women to those who are looking for them." he pointed to Anya in the background, eyes lighting up. "I think I would increase your current wealth three times if you allow me to have that one." Loki looked over his shoulder at Anya and his face instantly became expressionless. He turned back to the man on the conference who's smile quickly wiped off his face. There was a moment in which the two merely stared at each other and suddenly, the man's eyes bugged out of his head and he chocked, his body convulsing. Before Loki turned the screen off, there was a flash of something dark and see through on the man's video before the screen went dark. Loki turned away from the conference call and shut his laptop, a satisfied smile on his face as he stood. "Good news! I managed to get enough money to take you on vacation with me." he told her, coming around his desk and walking up to her. There seemed to be no sign of his anger only moments before.

She rolled her eyes in response to his comeback. First, she didn't find him amusing at all. Second, she turned into a tiger and not a damn tabby cat. He was getting his species mixed and she didn't find it funny. She kept her mouth shut and decided to look around the office instead of sitting around and paying attention. She didn't really feel like listening to him doing his business or see exactly who he was doing business with. She was still standing there but her attention was elsewhere until she heard English from someone not actually the current thorn in her side. She went completely rigid at the man's words and would have responded with a few choice words of her own if Loki hadn't caught her attention. The fact he was rather quite put her on edge, but then she realized it was justified after what he did to the man.
"You like any reason to kill people, don't you?" she asked. "I mean you could have easily just told the man to get lost."
Only her age, past, and the fact her brother was psychotic made her rather innocuous to the whole death thing. It really didn't phase her. As long as she was on the receiving end, she could care less, innocent people being the only exceptions provided she had any way to help them. She was nothing if not meticulous. Of course she was also reckless. That was what got her in this situation in the first place, and with that in mind, her eyes narrowed at his next words. A vacation. Was he serious?
"Why?" she asked, suspicion pouring from her tone.
She didn't trust him, not at all. She agreed to this specifically to stay in Vegas. If he wanted to leave the city, that changed things. She crossed her arms and waited for him to make his case, though. Then again, it wasn't like she actually had a choice. She just liked to pretend she did. It personally made her feel better. At least fractionally.

That was a pretty stupid question. Of course he'd choose to kill them over simply ignoring them. Killing someone set the scene quicker than telling someone off and it got the point across to others not to fuck with him. He was sure in the morning, it would be all over the news that the General of the Italian Armed Forces was murdered in his home but an unknown assailant. Loki enjoyed hearing those kinds of news. Where was this kind of news coverage when he and Ren had been causing Chaos all across Europe and Asia? But just thinking of Ren put a bad taste in his mouth and he quickly shifted away his thoughts.
"Of course. I'm a demon." he told her with a smile that, honestly, made him appear like a completely normal human. He walked around his desk and was flipping open a tablet, the light blue light of the screen lighting up his face in the dimness of the room. "Thanks to these countries generous contributions, I've decided to take a rather pleasant vacation here. I thought it might interest you to come along." he told her, turning the tablet around and showing her a travel page of Greece, complete with white sandy beaches and blue sea. "I just so happen to have a coastal home here and it's been awhile since I've returned."
In fact, Loki had places all over the world that he and Ren had purchased through the ages. Since they had been paid in cash for the full amount, no bank bothered them with any payments. They owned the houses and nothing but natural disaster would take them away. This place in Greece just happened to be a place Loki had purchased after his run in with Ren and was assuming his brother had no idea it even existed. Which was fine for him. Gave him an excuse to get out of the house for awhile, so to speak. "What do you say? We'll leave in the morning by jet and be there before breakfast." He clapped his hands and the lights in the office went out and the blinds covering the windows opened up once more, revealing the ever bright and colorful Vegas Stip lights. The Vegas lights and the light from the tablet were the only light sources in the room now.

She chose to ignore his comment to her quip about him killing things. It was rhetorical, he probably only answered because he knew it would irritate her. That was actually exactly what it did, too. So instead she rolled her eyes and let it drop. She grew curious, however, when he elaborated on his vacation offer. At first, she tried to remain uninterested. She really did. Then, she saw the location. She practically drooped in defeat. She was a sucker for Greece and beaches.
"Of course you have a place in Greece," she grumbled, slightly irritated that he actually had celebrity-level access to such a beautiful place.
Yes, she was actually a little jealous. It had been so long since she crossed the oceans and been anywhere on the other side of the world. Since she reunited with her brother, she pretty much stuck to the States and anywhere that she could drive to. She did love to travel though. It had just been so long since the where mattered. "What do you say? We'll leave in the morning by jet and be there before breakfast." She bit her lip and finally threw her arms up in the air.
"Yeah, fine," she said, trying to maintain her indifference. "Not like I really have a choice since you drag me everywhere you go anyway."

He gave her a large goofy grin that seemed to say he saw right through her indifference. Either way, he didn't bring it up. Probably felt it was safer to just take the win without ruffling any more feathers, or fur for that matter. He clapped his hands together in excitement, his blue eyes lightening up. If you didn't know Loki or what he was, you'd assume he was just a normal guy who liked to have fun. On the outside, there was no sign of the demon that lay beneath, ready to take out anything that got in his way. As he neared the door of his office, he pulled out his cell phone and pressed a few buttons before holding it to his ear.
"Aaron, fuel the jet. I'm heading to Greece in the morning." Loki made a short pause before ending the call and returning the phone to his pocket. "Do you need to stop by your place to get anything?" He opened the door to his office and the lights flickered off, leaving them in semi darkness. "I can have a car sent for you." It would be the first time he would allow Anya to be on her own. His main reasoning was he was actually looking forward to chasing her down if she ran. He'd grown rather bored living the life of a king pin lately and wanted some challenge. At first, she'd given him that by constantly spitting her hatred at him but lately, he'd needed something more, something far more challenging. He kept said challenge from his expression, hoping she wouldn't catch on to his little trick. On the bright side, if she returned to him, it meant his enslavement was working and he'd be able to trust her soon to send her out in search of Ren.

Anya watched him closely for a moment. This was what unnerved her the most about Loki. When he wasn't threatening or killing people, he had moments like this. She didn't know if they were completely fabricated or somewhat sincere. That was the difference between him and Andrei. Her brother was easy to read where emotions were considered. Granted, he was guarded and hid them most of the time but when it counted you could see the sincerity of it. He wasn't transparent, but he was genuine when it mattered most.
Loki wasn't like that. She suspected the demon was a sociopath and was just really good at mimicking human emotions. Then again believing that was just another way for her to stay alive. It meant she could never let her guard down and she didn't. She listened to him talk on the phone with Aaron fellow in silence as she stared out the window at the glittering, flashing lights of Vegas. From what she gathered from the one-sided conversation, he had to be the pilot or something. Either it was for show or the Greek trip was real. It was hard to decide which was the case. It wasn't until he hung up and addressed her again that she turned back around to face him.
“You mean by myself?” she asked slowly.
Yes, she was suspicious. There wasn't really a reason she shouldn't be. The deal had been she wasn't to leave his sight. It didn't really make sense that he would go back on that. She had every reason to be cautious.

He stopped in the doorway and caught on to her sudden interest mixed with confusion. If he could hear her thoughts, he would have agreed with her that he was, in fact, an excellent sociopath. The only reason he was able to act completely human was because of the years behind him. When he'd been born, humans had been nothing more than unintelligent cave men. Loki had grown up along side the young species of humans and through the ages, had picked up on different ways of talking and different emotions. Not all demons or angels were without their humanity but there was something about the twins, when they were born, that had made them different. Neither had inherited an ounce of humanity so understand the interactions between humans was crucial to survival. And Loki had studied so much, he could almost convince himself he did, indeed, have a soul. Sometimes, he even acted without realizing. In truth, Loki really only cared about himself and would kill you himself if he felt the need.
He flashed her a killer smile as he leaned his shoulder on the door, almost goading her into running. "Sure, why not. Women need their space every once in a while don't they?" he chuckled and made to move out of the office door with a lazy wave over his shoulder while the other hand stuffed down into his pocket. "Be at the terminal at 7 am sharp." Was all he said before he disappeared down the hall.
---
Loki checked his watch again. Five till. He felt giddy, like a lion waiting for the opportune moment to go on a hunt. He wasn't even giving her the benefit of a doubt that she'd come back. He already assumed she was far away now, hiding behind her brother who she thought could protect her. Sunglasses shielding his sensitive eyes from the ray of the early morning sun, Loki felt his wings twitch to be released and he had to roll his shoulders to dispel the feeling. Unfortunately, there were a lot of regular humans on the tarmac today and he wasn't ready to make his presence known to the world yet. Angels and Demons had fallen from truth many thousands of years ago and remained as only myths and stories now. When it was time for the demons to take over the world, the sheer panic of their existence would make it easier to take over. If humans and other supernatural creatures were clued in before hand, there was the possibility of rebellion and Loki didn't much have time to quell such ridiculous things.
The jet fired up behind him and he sighed, which went against the gleaming grin on his face. He'd been looking forward to this since last night. Two minutes till seven. He was almost itching to go after her before seven but he was nothing but true to his word. He'd wait till seven. And then she'd wish she'd never even heard his name.

Anya finally had the chance to breathe. She got a night completely to herself and packed up some of her things at her apartment. It wasn't much. She just grabbed some jewelry she liked best, her favorite outfits, her travel essentials, her favorite shoes, and some books to read on the ride. She then took a few hours to sleep. Well she tried. She failed. By four o'clock, Anya wanted to run. She was panicking. As much as she wanted to go to Greece, she never wanted to leave Vegas. Loki could do whatever he wanted to her and there would be no way for Andrei to reach her. She couldn't sleep. All she could do was pace the floor.
She wasn't a coward. She never wanted to be, but she saw the things Loki was capable of. She also knew that what she saw was most likely not even the tip of the iceberg. So when the car came for her she dragged her ass. She took a shower, got changed, brushed her hair, brushed her teeth, and finally walked out to the car waiting for her. She got in the back and convinced the driver to stop at her favorite restaurant so she could eat something and took her time ordering her usual and took her time eating it, but she knew the truth.
There was no way she could get out of this. She had to meet Loki or she was screwed in more ways than one. She saw what he could do, and if he could manipulate the shadows in foreign countries to kill a guy, he could find her in the city they both shared. She shuddered at the thought and quickly lost her appetite. Sighing heavily, she returned to the car and finally let the man take her to Loki. She had every intention of running but she had to make sure that if he came after her she could hold her own and get free.
She stared out the window for the majority of the ride. Once they reached their destination, she hesitated again. It didn't take a brain surgeon to know she was late. Of course she was. She tried her hardest to be. Frowning, she opened the door and finally stepped out of the car to face the demon. She didn't say a word. She just waited to see what his reaction would be.

His first reaction? Disappointment. He'd done too good of a job scaring her and she'd come crawling back to him, no doubt only because of the fear for him. But his second, immediate reaction was to smile at her, though it held a lot of mischief in them. The jet was still whirling to life behind them and Loki nodded to the driver who, without so much as an indication he understood what he meant, opened the other back door and took out the stuff she'd brought with her and dropped in on the tarmac before jumping back in the black sedan and driving off. When the car had left, leaving them the only two people there, his smile turned into a smirk and reached out, snatching her wrist. He felt the anger rising up inside him. She had spoiled his fun and he planned to punish her for that, by having a different kind of fun. It was times like these you could absolutely agree that Loki was not human. Still holding onto her wrist with an iron grip, he gave a high pitched whistle and a man appeared at the stairs of the jet dressed it what could only be described as a butler's outfit. He maneuvered down the stairs, past the two standing there and grabbed Anya's thing, taking them onto the plane. When the man had retreated back into the plane, Loki yanked on her wrist, causing her body to mold against his, the heat from his own skin like the fires of the very sun above them. There was no seeing his eyes behind the sunglasses that covered them but they had turned black and felt the rise of power inside him that told him his shadows were ready to be called at a moment's notice. But he didn't need them this time to invoke fear into her.
"You're late." he growled and not a sexy growl. A lustful sound that could send shivers down anyone's spine. A sound that sounded more beast then man. "You know I don't like to me kept waiting." he reached around her waist with his other hand and grasped the curve of her rear end, his hips driving into her own. He leaned his face forward, his nose against the soft skin of her neck as he breathed in her scent, a tongue snaking out and tasting her skin. He continued to keep a vice-like grip on her wrist. "Tell me, how should I punish you?" he asked her, the smirk clearly heard in his voice, his breath tickling her ear.

Anya never took her eyes off him as the driver took her things out of the car. She didn't like the way he was smiling and liked the following smirk even less. It put her defenses up immediately, and every single nerve-ending in her was immediately on high alert. When he grabbed her by the wrist, she immediately tried to twist her arm free, but she didn't make a sound until he pulled her up against him. It was only then that a small startled gasp escaped her lips. She did not like being this close to him at all but couldn't move as he spoke.
Well, it was more of a growl and that froze her to the marrow. She was scared and for the moment it was showing. She didn't like the tone at all and didn't know how to react because she wasn't sure what he was planning. That was what terrified her the most. Until she felt his hand on her. She looked down at that and had to force herself not to react. She knew it would just give him a reason to lash out and she didn't want to give him the satisfaction. Then she felt his tongue on her throat. That was when the fear turned to rage.
Anya had standards. She had a line. Loki was not going to cross it. He could beat her to a bloody pulp. He could even kill her, but he was not going to touch her the way he was doing right now. She let her claws extend on her free and dug them into his gut while he was focused on slobbering all over her. She wasn't going to sit down and be a good kitty. She was going to fight him on this one. There was no middle ground. She wasn't having it. Not this time.
“Get your slimy tongue off of me,” she snapped at him and twisted her claws deeper into his flesh.

He expected a response from her which involved pain but he had forgotten, even for that brief moment, that she was a werecat as her claws pierced deep into his gut. He hadn't felt such pain in a real long time and he couldn't help the smile and chuckle that escaped him. "That's the fight I was looking for." he grinned at her as he let go of her wrist and pulled his body away from her. His anger and excitement of her attack goaded him into not caring who was watching them or who could have been watching them. In one swift movement, he ripped her claws from his stomach and stepped back away from her, quickly stripping himself of his shirt, pulling it up and over his head. Blood was dripping down his toned abdomen, drenching his pants in red. Across his chest was a vicious looking scar. This was the wound Ren had inflicted with his Divine Weapon all that time ago. It had nearly killed him. It hadn't pierced deep enough to erase his magik but it had done a Hell of a lot of damage. The pink ugly scar ran right across his heart and down by his belly button, in dark lettering, was a tattoo. But not just any tattoo, it was the Nordic symbol for the God Loki and it certainly wasn't done by an ink gun in a 21st century tattoo shop. It looked deeper and darker and almost seemed to blaze with power. Loki had gotten it as a joke, really. He'd made such an impression on the Norse people they had considered him a God and he'd gone to great lengths to upkeep that title, even etching the very symbol they associated him with, into his skin. But it had been a long time ago now and Loki barely remembered it was even there. As soon as his shirt was off, there was a great rushing sound and from his back, two huge wings unfolded, stretching out alongside the jet, feathers as black as his soul. He kept the sunglasses on, however, his eyes still greatly affected by the blazing sun above him. If there was one thing about Vegas that weakened him, it was the unblocked sun. He laughed mirthlessly, giving her a vicious smile. "Come on! Give me what you got!" He laughed, bending his legs and shooting into the air, his wings blasting her and the ground with a gale of wind as he did so.

Anya swallowed as he laughed but relaxed slightly as he let her go, but as he pulled her claws out of her, she realized something. She could hurt him. As long as he didn't get his shadows, she could touch him. She could make him bleed. That was all that mattered to her at the moment. Even if she got her ass handed to her, she would make sure he thought twice about touching her like that again. Still, her resolve shook a little as she watched him pull his shirt off. She wasn't expecting the wings and the force of Loki's take off sent her stumbling back. She managed to stay on her feet though as she watched him raise up off the ground. Scowling, she growled and leaped up after him trying to dig her claws into his ankle so she could pull him down before her got to high.
At least, that was what she was hoping for. She was livid and insane with it, but then again she was a Belkov. Her whole family lacked sense where their pride was in question and their tempers were set to nuclear. Anya was the worst of them all, minus Andrei. Though that could be debatable. Depending on the day and the mood her brother was in. Still, her temper was fierce and she was done putting up with the demon's stupid games.

At the moment, he was just playing with her. If he had truly wanted to hurt her, he would have called his shadows, even if the effort would have had him breathing heavily. In blazing sun like this, it took more energy to keep them up then any other time. Which was part of the reason he hadn't called any of them to him. As he took to the skies, he laughed down at Anya, taunting her from the skies, his wings pounding a unison beat. However, he hadn't lifted himself fully into the sky away from her claws and, though she had intended to snatch his ankle and no doubt bring him crashing to the ground, she did even worse. At the moment she reached for him, his wing flapped downward and before he could stop it, her claws raked into the thin membrane of his wing, spraying feathers everywhere and he let out a ferocious hiss as he dropped like a stone, hitting the pavement with a sickening crunch as a wing folded beneath him. Instantly, they dissolved into his back, returning to tattoo form but clearly the pain wasn't as easy to get rid of. He let out a steady stream of curse words, some old world and scary while others were more modern day and harsh. His sunglasses had fallen from his face and he looked up at her with his eyes all black and hatred plastered all over his face. The mischievous that had appeared the night before, the one who had appeared as nothing more than a human, was gone to be replaced by a monster. He was able to crawl to his knees but clearly, the pain was so excruciating, he was unable to lift himself up. "You're dead!" he snarled.
From the plane, the butler had reappeared and this time, he had the pilot with him, the man Aaron that Loki had called last night. Together, they brushed past Anya and helped their master to his feet who let out another earful of shameful curses before allowing them to walk him to the jet. He didn't care what happened to her at this point. When he was able to mend his torn wing, he was going to hunt her down and present her head to her brother as a gift.
