"I know so she's like a female version of you," Reshira replied and giggled a bit at that. Aurora did have her good looks and the love to be pampered and spoiled so much like she did but her personality was a lot more like her father's she was always scolding her as David did when she did things she probably shouldn't. She could be mature when she wanted to be but as a Siren her nature was a mischievious one and she could never be serious or mature for too long before her playful and childish nature came out in her again and it certainly was blooming big time as she got in the mood more and more for her husband now as she planted her butt firmly in his lap now and hugged him close as she kissed him a little more now. "We still could I have been wanting to share more of our heritages with her outside being a Siren there isn't much she knows about our history and language beyond that," Reshira replied and then smiled sheepishly at him laying against him now in his arms. "I think Bertram might die of a heart attack or crash the car if we did," she replied and giggled a bit. Then they arrived home and dismissed the driver/butler was dismissed as she was whisked away to their bed. After a passionate few hours together she certainly was starving now and hungry as could be as she laid next to him covers wrapped around her chest and lower body as he held her close. Sadly though they had to leave the warmth of each other and their comfy bed to make their dinner reservation as they got up to get cleaned up and dressed again before heading out together again. "And you say your old my love that was as divine as when we first got together," she said now kissing him softly now as they headed out together now.

"Don't let her here you say that." He said shaking his head his daughter would drop dead before she admitted they were anything alike. She was stubborn hard headed, but she did have that drive to get things done to make things happen that's what he wanted for his children for them to be go getters. Sure they would be born with a silver spoon in his mouth, but at the right moment they'd flourish into something amazing. "I think that ship has sailed my love Aurora didn't like school when we made her go, so what makes you think she'd allow us to teach her anything now?" He asked as he looked at her. While David enjoyed the prospect of learning something new his daughter preferred to stay in the confines of her wheel house. "Fair point and he is our best driver." He said Bertram had been with David almost 20 years now. He was one of his most loyal employees, and he was the only one of his employees that knew that David was a Magi. They'd first met when David had returned to the states with Reshira of course David had been only 30 then and Bertram had been 20 he'd hired him to care for Reshira while he was away help her with English and such the man had been indispensable ever since even cared for Aurora from time to time when Reshira and him weren't around. David smiled as she said he still got it. "i'm like a fine wine baby I only get better with age." He said as he slipped on his boxers and the rest of his clothes getting ready for a night on the town. "Bertram old friend would you pull the car around." "Right away sir, but which one?" David rubbed his chin. "Good question. Which one would you like this evening Reshi?" the problems of the filthy rich never seemed to cease.

Reshira would smile sheepishly at that giggling a bit. "Like I need to she knows even if she denies it," she replied with a sigh shaking her head with a sheepish smile still on her face now. She had her father's stubborness to a capital T and she was just as ambitious as he was when she put her mind to something not to say she herself wasn't ambitious because she was but only with things she liked really. Aurora was spoiled sure and fortunate but she still liked to earn her own keep and forge her own path in life without too many handouts along the way. "I like to think she'd make an exception for us she has to want to know deep down more about her family and heritage where she comes from," Reshira replied knowingly what child didn't want to know. Even oprhans wanted to know about their real parents and why they gave them or what they were like if they were dead. It was human nature really even Fae nature to want to know all about their ancestors and family tree where they really came from. She loved Bertram he was quite the funny man and a good friend most treated their jobs as just that but not him he treated them like family and would do anything for them especially David. "Usually that applies to women silly," she giggled a bit as they retreated from the comfort of their bed now and got ready for their dinner date a quick shower and then the two were dressed and heading out together David called Bertram to bring around a vehicle for them now looking to her husband as he then inquired what she would like now. "Well it is a special night my love having a baby again so perhaps your special baby the royles royce," she replied and hugged him close now. He rarely drove that around anymore only on special occasions and tonight she liked to think was pretty special to warrant such a fine car to ride in for the night.

It was true his daughter was a lot like him stubborn and proud she wouldn't admit her faults even if she should, but then again in his youth he'd been the same way. He was never wrong about anything and his pride would always keep him from admitting such things, but as he'd aged he'd tried to done down his own arrogance, still there were certain things that he would not back down from and that was his board members. David shrugged at that. "I suppose you're right there love Aurora has that same drive for knowledge that I do. Alright you've convinced me my love we will try." He said as he got ready for their dinner date. He looked at Reshira as she suggested the Rolls. "Hmmm I haven't taken the old girl out in a while." Especially not with Aurora on the road that girl was an accident waiting to happen. "Well that sounds like a good idea. Bertram the Rolls if you would." He said as he got ready donning a fine suit as he left the bedroom with Reshira on his arm. He exited the house seeing his baby there. "The rolls as you asked sir." David nodded grabbing the keys. "Thank you Bertram go ahead and take the night off me and the Mrs. will be back late tonight." He said with a smile on his face as he climbed into the driver's seat turning the key as his engine roared to life. "Listen to my baby purr." He said smiling with pride.

Reshira would smile sheepishly at that those two were like peas in a pod really they'd be twins if they were the same age and actually siblings. It was that reason they butted heads a lot both were so stubborn and unyeilding in their ways it took forever to usually help them reach a compromise. Sometimes she regretted getting involved in their arguments but she was always dragged into them by the both of them usually whether she wanted them to or not she could be away from home and they would still skype her or call her for help. "That she does my little daddy's girl she really does love and respect you a lot even if she doesn't always show it. That's why your legacy will be in good hands my love she'll cherish it and continue to make it thrive in the way you wish it to be," Reshira replied pecking his cheek now before straightening his tie a little now. He was a mess sometimes she didn't really know what he would do without her. She took great pride in grooming him for the day and making him look his best she wouldn't have her man looking like a mess or a slob he had to look his best for those he worked for and with so he could always make the best impression on them and give them no excuse to use against him in an attempt to get rid of him. Beside every good man was a good woman or so the saying went since some men well fancied men instead and some women like Amazons from Greece just fancied women more. "Oh I can't remember the last time I rode in this. I think it was our wedding day or maybe our anniversary," Reshira replied as they headed down and was greeted by his favorite car now. She'd smile at that and then blinked as he dismissed Bertram for the night. It was rare he ever drove himself anymore so tonight was a special occasion indeed it seemed as she hugged Bertram now. "Make sure you record my shows for me so we can discuss all the juicy stuff later together you and I," Reshira said before letting him go and smoothing out his suit now after messing it up a little and then she was off with her husband now. "She's going to miss you too when your gone but I will take care of her for you and when I finally learn to drive I will take her for some rides," she replied and smiled as she leaned against his shoulder happy and content now tonight was just so perfect soon they'd have a little one again to love and care for.

David sighed a little he knew that Aurora loved him and he loved her too. He just regretted that he spoiled her as bad as he had, but he knew why he had done that. "I know honey, but I just don't want to spoil her anymore than I already have, but she's always gonna be my little girl." He sighed. He looked at her as she straightened his tie. He sighed. "Darling we're just going to dinner it's not a board meeting or anything." He said kissing her forehead. Bertram smiled happily. "Of course Madame I will await your safe return." The loyal butler said as David got a devious grin. "It was our anniversary I remember that clearly." he said looking at her. "A little too much wine and well the rest is a bit of a blur though I do remember having to go and get the ol' girl detailed." he said as they pulled out into the street riding along to the restaurant. he climbed out walking into the restaurant. "Xanatos table for two." he said with an air of utmost confidence. "Ah yes right this way Mr. Xanatos we reserved the balcony for you on this fine night." David smiled. "Of course if you are the best you get the best and you sir are a fine waiter indeed." He said slipping the man a fifty. "Oh sir please I..." David waved him off. "Don't worry if you keep up this service there's another one where that came from." He said sitting down at the table.

Reshira would smile sheepishly at that she knew all too well his regrets with their daughter. He started out so strict with her and didn't allow her to spoil their daughter much but after he shipped her abroad to school and tore her from Dash he felt so bad even if he didn't like the boy hurting Aurora like that hurt him more. So feeling bad the two began spoiling her doing anything to make her happy again but doing so had probably done more damage than good really how would she ever find a real mate if she was so spoiled and superficial she might never love again like she thought she had with Dash. In the end Aurora turned out okay and more like her father than either would admit but surely realized in the end. "I'm afraid the role of spoiler falls to Dash now he's going to be so busy with that now so we are free of that now," she replied and smiled sheepishly as she hugged his arm now leaning against him more now. "Sorry my love force of habit really," she replied and left his tie alone kissing his cheek now. She'd smile and nodded at that before freeing the butler from her grip and joined her husband in his car now as he decided to drive instead and soon they were off together for their little dinner date together now. "I just remember feeling so sore in the morning and a little sick," she replied smiling sheepishly as they soon arrived. The wait to get in wasn't too long no doubt David's doing and he seemed to have reserved the most romantic spot for them here which was quite lovely indeed hardly paying attention to her husband tipping the waiter as they were then led to their seats now and thanked the waiter as she was seated now and looked to David with a smile. "I remember a date liks this going to reveal how I was pregnant with Aurora. I just knew somehow I could feel it her soul come into being and connected to my own feeling everything she did and her me," Reshira replied whenever she sang or played music Aurora would get so happy and kick a lot like she was trying to dance along with her she always felt so overly hyper and excited on days like that.

David just gave a hmph at that. The boy would spoil her rotten, which would be a feat considering the spoiling they had done for. He wished he hadn't done it, but he knew if he hadn't he'd regret it even more. No father enjoyed making his daughter sad, but what he had done was for the best he knew that. "It's fine darling really I know you do it because you care." he said kissing her forehead. Aurora had been too young if he'd allowed them to continue Dash would be dead by now and his daughter would a massive hole in her heart that no one not even himself could fill, so to avoid that he'd made the tough decisions. He smiled at that. "I felt a little sore as well you are murder on my sides." He said with a chuckle as they were seated he grabbed the menu scanning over it finding something he liked. He remembered back when he was in the mine eating jerky and drinking moonshine with his fellow miners never had he thought he would be sitting in a high class restaurant with a gorgeous woman before him looking at meals that cost more than fifty bucks as a norm. Not to say he didn't have vision but back then he knew he didn't want to work on a farm for the rest of his life. He smiled at that remembering her happiness of having a child he himself was riddled with excitement at soon being a father, if only he'd known what came with being a father. The late nights of rocking Aurora to sleep, changing diapers, and the inevitable first day of school. "Remember Aurora's first day of school?" He said fondly.

She'd probably trick that poor boy into spoiling her too much but knowing he loved her well that was his job as her husband-to-be to always make her happy and to feel loved by him more importantly than her own family did. Of course she didn't blame David he might seem like an uptight guy sometimes but make Aurora cry and well he just melted into a puddle of goo he could be such a sofite sometimes but only usually when alone with her. "That I do sweetie it's why I enjoy everything for you like making all your meals and keeping you well groomed," Reshira replied with a smile now as she felt him kiss her forehead now. She wasn't sure why she did it sometimes but it just felt like her nature as his wife to do everything she could for him be it planning out his meals or keeping him well groomed something just drove her to make him always look his best so he could feel like he was the best and greatest man out there. It was weird maybe but he didn't seem to mind when it came to most things but some things he insisted on doing himself and she would allow it to make him happy and content with her. "It was worse when I got pregnant but it was worth it all in the end," she replied as she grabbed her own menu now. She'd never been so happy and cried so much in her life then when she first laid eyes on Aurora. She was just a beautiful little thing and was so clingy she'd always start crawling when she put her down even for a second but that all changed really when she gained the ability to walk then she was rather independent. She currently kept them busy for the first three years of her life. "I do. She was quite excited to go all she did up until then was bug me about when she could finally go to school. Didn't take long for her to get into trouble bless that little boy's heart if he had known she was a Siren he would've thought twice about trying to bully her for her cookies," she replied and chuckled a bit Aurora loved her sweets a lot and did not like to share them so she was rather surprised when she saw her actually share some apple pie with Dash that one time it was clear even as a teen then she was smitten with him and saw him as mate material for her in the future she wasn't going to let him go so easily then. She'd look up as the waiter from before returned now. "Some red wine will do for my drink. I would love the Rum jungle steak sandwich with Faki on the side," Reshira said looking to the man before looking to David as he ordered now. Most of this stuff Aurora didn't really care to eat so it was about the only time they could really have and enjoy authentic Greek and Aussie food like this Aurora was too spoiled on American food now. She could remember a time when all she really ate at home with her mother and sisters were mostly salads and greens nothing too fattening that would ruin or tarnish their figures which were most important to them in using to seize a potential mate he had to be attracted to them before they could get closer to him and find out everything that made him tick in all the right and wrong ways.

David ran a hand through his hair at that feeling a little embarrassed that his wife still felt the need to baby him. He sighed a little. "Indeed it was Aurora was so cute as a baby who knew she would make my life so difficult as she got older." He said chuckling as he sat at the table and seeing her order a mixture of Greek and Australian food he did the same. "I'll have a lamb Gyro with a seafood salad and I'll just have what she's having for a drink" He said handing the menu to the waiter as he looked at his wife. "So what names have you come up with?" he asked as he held one of her hands gently in his own loving the way it felt to hold her so close to him. He loved his wife dearly. Kuroko couldn't help, but start laughing remembering Aurora trying on clothes and shoes and checking backpacks. He had thought it would be hard for her to be separated from them for so long, but it turned out that she left them willingly. "She was a fighter even back then." he said, but he had a bit of a sweet tooth as well he could eat a whole box of Lamingtons all by himself. "good thing the teacher just thought it was an ear infection." He said chuckling as he looked out at the city. "Do you really think that Dash is the best thing for our daughter?" He asked as he looked at his wife. "I mean school yard crush aside she could do better."

Reshira would smile sheepishly as he seemed a little embarassed even if he didn't mind how she treated him sometimes. Of course she knew he was a grown man he could take care of himself and he had for awhile before she came along. He was her mate though her husband and that made her feel the need to do certain things for him that she felt a wife should do for her husband she felt that was her job and place beside him. "Cute as a button I just knew she would be trouble in the future being a Siren after all we are rather stubborn too and childish at times," she replied smiling sheepishly and giggling a little bit now. When she'd first met him she'd been so shy and childish but something about him drew her to him and made her want to change and be more mature the kind of woman he would truly love and come to respect as his better half and after having Aurora she decided to not be so childish or immature anymore she decided it was time to grow up more and she had but she had her moments from time to time where she was really childish. She'd look up at his question of baby names and smiled as he took her hand in his own now. "Well I named Aurora after the sister we lost so I've decided this time I will honor your mother who passed away before we met and name her after her." she replied knowing how much that would tug at his heart strings and make him so happy. She always regreted bringing up the subject of his mother before but he forgave her and eventually told her what happened. She didn't have the heart to really tell Aurora about it but she figured in time he would tell her too about her grandmother from his side of the family. "She sure hated naptimes though," she chuckled and smiled sheepishly at that she really was a mess sometimes. She'd simply nodded at that she'd gotten quite the scolding from him too for that. "Look I had my doubts too that it was just a phase for her but it wasn't. I know you don't wanna see her hurt baby. All we can do now is let her play this out herself and hope it doesn't end up being a mistake but she has to learn from her own mistakes or she'll never learn what true love is if it ends up not being Dash," Reshira simply replied it was the way all Sirens learned the same as human females did Aurora would have to learn to deal with her own problems and mistakes all they could do was be there for her and support her through it all.

"You could have warned me dear I would have enrolled her in private school from day one." The only reason that he enrolled her in public school was because he thought she'd be better suited to a place where not everyone was concerned with how much their parents made or how much money they were worth. Instead because of his sympathy and compassion he would now have a dark Genie as his son in law. David pulled back and looked away the mere mention of his mother brought down a seriousness that was better left alone. "My...mother." He said simply. His mother was a gentle soul he'd loved her dearly, but in the war between himself and his father she had wound up a casualty. His mother had died of a disease not even her Coven could cure and it had all happened while he was in America escaping the depression of Australia. He'd offered to send for his mother telling them they had medicine here that could help, but his father had refused saying his mother would be fine and that he didn't need an ungrateful son's help. "That would make me very happy Reshira honestly I-I'm terrible I haven't been to see her in years. All because I was too concerned with my father's pride!" He shouted covering his eyes in shame. "i'd rather not talk about Dash right now I'm already in a sour mood no need to make it more so." He said simply.

"I would have still rather she went to public school Sirens are social creatures honey," Reshira replied smiling sheepishly at him now. She kind of wish she had the chance to go to school like her daughter and David did but she had missed out there. Still thanks to her studies with David and online schooling she was able to get her degrees in fashion designing since you didn't really need a degree for singing if your voice was good enough then one could get a contract like she had though that Mariah Carey was something else really a Goddess among Sirens and she knew her personally too since she was in fact a Siren herself. She felt bad bringing up his mother again but well she wanted to honor her memory and the life David used to have with her by naming their next daughter after his mother biting her tongue a little now as she tried to gauge his reaction and simply nodded at the mention of her again. She knew the story how he had to leave her behind because of his father how that really tore him up. It was sweet though he thought she was a lot like his mother was when he was a kid it'd been too late by the time he could finally send for me when she had become so sick. She cried when she heard that like she had when she was forced to leave Sheba behind who knew whether she was well and alive now she certainly hadn't bothered to come find her yet if she was. "Then it is settled we shall name her after her then," she replied taking his hands now jumping a little at his outburst then and then sighed as she hugged him close now and stroked his head a little affectionately now. "We all make mistakes and get stuck on something. Truth is I lied about Aurora being my first child. I was so angry and bitter at my mother for taking Sheba away from me I refused to ever go back and see even Sheba because I didn't want to see my mother anymore. Having Aurora and you now I realize how stupid I was and how she was probably right about me. The mistakes we make make us better people if we learn from them and can learn to forgive again. You know your mother loved you and still does she will never blame you for what happened she'd be proud of you for the life you made for yourself now," Reshira replied deciding to lay out her own biggest regret now to him involving Sheba. "It's time you let your father go you have a grand life for yourself so forgive yourself for your mother's sake it saddens her to see you this way I just know it!" she added stroking his cheek some now smiling at him now.

"Miriam Xanatos." he said more to himself than her it had been years since he'd spoken his mother's name aloud it felt strange on his tongue. He looked up seeing the waiter set their appetizers down. "Thank you." He said grabbing his fork and stabbing through a shrimp. "Perfectly cooked." he said growing up in Sydney seafood had been a staple in his diet. Shrimp, flounder, cod whatever if it swam in the sea chances are it would wind up on his plate at least one day a week. David looked at his wife. "I figured as much Reshira." he said simply. "Of course I had no concrete evidence so I never brought it up but I would assume being the person you are that you would have at least one other child." He said as he sipped at his drink stuffing some salad into his mouth. "I'm not judging you or anything and I'm not mad at you." He said simply as she then brought up his mother and what she might feel for him. "Reshira you know I don't believe in an after life. Once you're dead you're dead that's it there's no sweet after life or some such you're put in the ground or set ablaze simple as that." He said. He would admit that they lived in a strange world where monsters and myth lived side by side with humanity he himself was a magician wielding power no regular human could, but for him to think with all this power and magic that somewhere just beyond the veil of his reality that there was a place of eternal damnation, or eternal paradise was absurd he needed something to prove it. Once he had said proof then he'd admit he was wrong. "My mother can't feel anything for me because there's nothing left of her, but I appreciate the sentiment all the same."

Reshira always felt a little sad about that he wanted her to have met his mother so badly but all he really had left was pictures of her. She sounded like a really sweet and kind woman to her and would've really liked her a lot. He'd always said he wanted to meet her mother too but she really didn't think that was a good idea even if she knew where she was right now she probably wouldn't approve of him her mother. David really did love his seafood the most that was something she learned pretty early on and she rather did enjoy some good shrimp especially popcorn shrimp she was obsessed with it really she was always snacking on some good shrimp every chance she got. She was rather caught offguard at the mention of her having been a mother before and having a child already he hardly seemed mad about it really much to her surprise he seemed to expect it really that that had been one of her secrets all along. She'd remain quiet a little taking a few sips of her red wine and bites of faki now before looking back to him again now. "You know I don't like keepign secrets from you and I promised I wouldn't. I'm so glad though that you and Aurora can understand why I didn't tell you before. My mother was not a pleasant person and so controlling she would've never allowed me to be with you and that's why I'm glad she isn't here now," Reshira replied and then looked to him as he spoke about his beliefs now. She knew he wasn't really a religious person and well neither was she really. So many different cultures and people had their own beliefs on a afterlife be it the greek underworld myth or the christians heaven and hell. "Maybe so but I like to believe our essences do meet up someplace somewhere where we can be together and reuntied once more," Reshira simply replied before digging more into her faki now. Who was to really say in the end where one ended up really or whether they just simply stopped existing altogether one could only wonder in the end.
